I would never ever stay here. We had booked a 2-night stay on the Oyo platform, and when we arrived, I should have seen the red flags. The lobby smelled like stale cigarettes, and there were rates posted for longer terms (weekly and monthly) at the hotel, but I thought, hey, it's cheap and we got a non-smoking room, so surely it won't smell like this, right? WRONG. When we walked into our room, the smell of cigarettes was soooooo overwhelming, stronger than out in the hallway where people were actively smoking. We went to put our things in a drawer, but found no drawers in the room. The nightstand used to have drawers, but they had been removed. The flooring was taped back together with what appeared to be duct tape, and when my husband went to use the toilet, it almost fell on its side because it wasn't properly bolted to the floor. He also mentioned that the shower looked like it was actively leaking and had broken shower components. The resulting water damage probably caused some of the issues above. We talked to the lobby staff, and they said Oh, we'll send someone over to fix it, The manager came over and proceeded to take the toilet off and then just left us in the room. We decided we wouldn't stay, and when I went and talked to the staff, they were confused about why we were leaving, even knowing our troubles. We pointed out the glaringly obvious, and that the pictures online didn't even match what we got, and she started to argue with me over it. Then they agreed they would allow a full refund (since we were in the room for less than 20 minutes), but we had to call OYO to cancel it since it was booked through them. I called OYO the same day, they promised a quick refund, but 2 weeks later, it still hasn't shown on my card as a refund. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card, but it's been such a headache, I wish I had not stayed as soon as I went into the lobby. Photos on yelp as proof of condition of room.
Update: (7/21/25) After many calls with OYO, the budget inn, and my credit card company: OYO denied the refund claiming that we stayed the entire length of our reservation- however my credit card company stuck by me realized the reality of the situation. I was refunded my cost and will never stay at an OYO hotel ever again.

Worst place I've ever stayed. Other people in other rooms are always yelling, says it's pet friendly but refuses to let you have your pets, says no smoking and then allows a naked man to smoke outside his room door and overall terrible service

We had very good experience. We’ve booked one night stay but we got early to stay in the night but the checkin time was 3 pm we came early by couple hours. The lady at the front desk gave us room to stay early. It was very good experience. She was so nice with us.

Black mold, spiders, floors that make your socks black so disgusting 🤢 and won’t refund my money… run away this is by far the worst place to stay

The top bedding dirty. Accidentally dropped an item of clothing in bathroom a bunch of not my hair on it. Holes in walls. 85 dollars should be 57 like posted online

I booked a room with a third-party and I double made sure that I could bring my cats and when I got to the hotel, the lady told me there they can’t allow cats because everybody’s allergic and she kicked me out of the office right away and then told me that she was gonna call the cops When I had money to pay for a room and it was 100° outside The worst experience , The manager is horrible she treated like I was nothing when wanted was somewhere me and kitten and go in the heat that was the worst experience of my life no one should ever be treated like that

The lady Dayna at the front desk was so rude and did not want to help me. I booked online and when I got there they charged me an extra $840 just for having my pet after paying for a months stay since we would be here for work for the next while. There is BLACK MOLD in their cabinets, the lady just told me “leave the door shut, and it should be okay, we’ve already sprayed it” there are holes in the bathroom door. I had to get a mop from her because the floors in the room were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned up months, I asked for the General Managers number and she slammed the door in face refusing to help me! She also had the audacity to call me and my boyfriend horrible names and the general manger did nothing about it. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Room had such a bad smell it gave me a headache. Dana at the front desk said she could do nothing they all had that smell. I asked her to write down what she used and she refused. She told me to leave the door open to air it out but someone was smoking cigarettes and it was coming into the room I was there not even an hour my head hurt so bad she said she couldn't refund any of the money. Called the booking number they said they called her and she refused refund. When I called the place Dana said no one called. Bait and switch on unsuspecting customers. What kind of place are you running.

Dana, the front desk woman, was the rudest, most immediately hostile woman I think I've ever met, and I work in security. The website is hardly accurate to anything that actually happens at the motel. They will say one thing then berate you when you dare think their website is accurate to their policies. To call the rooms 2 star is a stretch. The bedding was clean, as were the floors (sort of. They were mopped sloppily) but the rest of the room was skeezy and filled with mould. Even if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, look elsewhere. There is cheaper with nicer staff and nicer rooms.

I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life. These people should not work in hospitality or customer service. The front desk woman needs anger management. Don't walk. Run away from this motel.

Room was disgusting, left within a hr . Told me to wait 7-14 days for refund , never got it. I called today and they at first said I couldn’t get it and they can give me 40% off.I asked for the manager and then he said in another 7-14 days they could give it to me . There scammers and there rooms r for crackheads

Paid $384 for two nights June 2023. Place was so scary filthy creepy . I did not stay and they won't refund my money. Horrible experience.Safety: ZERO. I was afraid to park my car and get out! I went to front desk and people were rude, ignored me. Other 'guests' milling about, looking stoned.
