“I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it’s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.”

“Darcey with Gerber Collision and Glass and the office was friendly, courteous and understanding. They didn't take a month to get an appt like some other shops. Darcey came out took pictures and took the time to actually look and explain their process. Other estimators just looked and said my vehicle was totaled. She wrote up a report in 15 minutes while I waited. Very professional.”
“So far so good...seems like a long repair period, (rear quarter panel dent - told 5 weeks that they will have the car) but they handled my claim quickly. The only thing I will say is that their 1800 number service is absolute garbage. Find the location nearest you and call them directly. Will update when I get my car back...”

“Had a great experience here and drove away feeling very satisfied with the service.I was directed to Safelite by my insurance when I noticed a long crack starting from a chip in my windshield. Making an appointment and billing insurance was super easy and they had next-day openings for me (I did all of this online). The replacement took exactly as long as they estimated, the windshield looks great, and the service tech was friendly and helpful. He even vacuumed the front of my car and wiped the windows down.Overall, very happy!”
