Just have to say make sure you have an estimate written down on the invoice before you sign it and take a picture of it. Apparently they have no warranty on fuel systems tried to show me a jar of very dirty fuel supposedly from my boat that has a new gas tank in it and I just filled it up the weekend before took it in.

This location is great we came to pick up a boat from them. My son and I drove in from northern Utah, the boat was ready and we were back home in two days. I have since spoken with them several times and have been very impressed.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Clemens, particularly William and the rest of the team at the Gladstone location. I'm a single woman who just bought her first boat after a year of constant research. I've bought houses and cars without issue and so it was a bit of a shock to me when I went to my first boat show and the first sales guy to approach me said "Where's your husband?" and that sort of set the stage for a lot of dealings I had in the boating world--I felt like I had to defend or explain my right to buy a boat as a woman. This was not the case with Clemens--even though I'm a woman, even though I was buying my first boat (Stabicraft 1550 Fisher), and even though it was one of the smaller boats they offer, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness at every turn. They didn't just sell a boat to me, they gave me advice on trailering, they took me out on the Willamette in pouring rain and taught me how to drive it, they provided service at every point in the process. I absolutely love the boat and the fact that the purchase process was so pleasant really made a difference. Everyone who sees my Stabi wants to know where I got it and I'm always happy to report that it was Clemens!

The service team here is top notch. I've been taking my boats here for years, the service team works hard to get you in and out. They are currently servicing my re-powered Grady White with a yamaha 250hp. I highly recommend them

I am a fishing guide and just got my new boat right before the season and the main engine had an issue. Bob at RiverWild Boats called and set up a slot for me to get looked at. I called and they said anytime you drop by we will get you in and take care of you. I drove there, they immediately sent two technicians out to start troubleshooting. Both really knew what they were doing and worked well together to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I will go there from now on for all of my boat maintenance and mechanical issues in the future. They were so professional and knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed. As a guide, it’s always really important to get in and out quick so we can get back to work and these guys were amazing! Thank you Clemens!

I don’t fear very much, but I fear trying to find an honest, reliable company to service my boats and vehicles. Clemens Marina / Gladstone knocked it out of the park. Tosh, James and Ryan were the epitome of customer service, taking the time to explain every detail of my repair options and subsequent work done on my precious boat. I don’t live close to Gladstone, but I am now a customer for life. Thank you Clemens!

Quality work, good pricing, and great customer service. Was looking for a new place to get my Yamaha motors serviced, and they took care of that and some electrical work for what it would have cost me just to get my motors serviced before. Will be back!

Had some issues with my Carb on the kicker and went in explaining that I had my carb cleaned there a few weeks prior among other things. Two weeks prior,guy who checked me out said they cleaned the carb. However, when we looked it was not in the mechanic notes. I was a bit frustrated but then James the tech came out and really helped resolve the situation. He cleaned the carb that day (instead of making me wait for the 2 week waiting list). Cleaned it very quick and spent time to walk me through a couple other things he recommended. They charged me the shop minimum, which was worth the advice I got from James, and my carb was cleaned. I left happy and satisfied after initially getting frustrated. Big thanks to James for really helping out!

Bought my first Stabicraft boat from them last year and the never did any test on it or inspection before the hand it to me, I only toke the boat out couple of time and seems like nothing working as it should, my gps/fish finder not accurate and all over the places., my trailer brakes not working. The never toke the time and show me my new boat, it’s bin a year and still never got my registration or tags, just poor quality customer service. I will never use this guys for anything.

Cuddos to the staff!!! Have always used Clemens on Marine Drive for my service work, yet due to marine tech shortages, all service work is going to Oregon City location. I planned on leaving my boat for the typical week and to my surprise, they had it done in 4 hours. Won't list all they did, but it was extensive and I wasn't expecting it back the same day. Went over it with a fine tooth comb and could find nothing that had been missed. NICE WORK, THANK YOU!!!

These guys always go the extra mile to help us. Routine maintenance and got the boat turned around quickly, and found a part we were missing and got it installed. Always helping us to not only maintain, but provide preventive maintenance....insure we have a good time and less problems, down the road!!!
