Debbie made me feel welcomed . Very kind. Was nervous about going to take care of my taxes for several years. She listened very sympathetic and genuine. I felt very comfortable. Ask the right right questions.. caring person . Thank you Debbie ?

Never answers phone, very slow to respond (if they ever do). All we needed was an email sent to a mortgage person confirming a tax record and she couldn’t be reached by us. Our mortgage person reached her and explained the info was time sensitive and never heard from her again. Doesn’t seem to work published hours either, we tried multiple times to no avail. It cost us our pre-approval for a mortgage and missing out on a house.

Taxes were not finished In time. I could not contact anyone until after they were past due. No extension was filed. I Was stuck with late fees. I personally do not trust them. I recommend not going to them.

This place is severely unorganized and should not be in the tax preparation business. We paid this company almost $500 to complete our taxes and submit electronically. We sent in the money we owed. Then months later, I find out that They NEVER filed our taxes. So we get hit with $2500 for "failure to file" penalties and fees. I write her a letter requesting payment of the $2500 since it is her fault. I get no response. Not a word, no sorry, no nothing! I'm now working with the Oregon Tax Board in an effort to bring disciplinary action and then I will file a small claims action. I will also ask for punitive damages! Steer clear of this place! Go anywhere else! On a side note, the IRS put our payment toward the current year vs the year we sent it in for so we at least got credit back for "failure to pay"
