Best experience my daughter and I have had when going to a salon! Mindy is very thorough and detail oriented and makes sure you leave feeling heard and beautiful. My daughter has had some struggles with her naturally curly hair and she did not hesitate to educate her and have her take control of styling her hair by herself. We both left very happy and will definitely be back! Did not disappoint. Thank you soooo much :)

Wonderful experience. Mindy was calm, kind, and professional. My fiance gets a lot of anxiety about small talk at a hair cut, but Mindy wasn't chatty at all. I'm sure she would if that was your jam, but she didn't push for conversation which I'm grateful for. And her haircut looks awesome. Highly recommend.

There's a reason Mindy has 5 stars on here. I had called several places to try to get my friend and I in, day of, and Mindy was the only place that answered and she promptly scheduled an appointment for both of us that fit our schedule. We were so lucky to have ended up here. She is insanely skilled, accomadating, and kind. Both me and my friend got bangs, and Mindy does an absolutely fantastic job at listening to your needs and cutting and styling to your preferences. She also gave me and my friends some great tips and product recommendations to help with our hair needs. Overall, her service was above and beyond and affordable. I will definitely be coming back here again, and I recommend her to anyone who wants a fresh look!

Mindy was amazing! I have been cutting and coloring my own hair for years and then made the mistake going to a great clips ? Mindy was awesome from the first phone call to me walking out the door feeling great about not only my amazing haircut but the whole experience in general! Not only did she fix what they messed up she continued to check in with me about what she was doing!!! I 1000000% recommend her! Thank you Mindy!!!

I’ve been highlight shy since a horrible experience at a Salem salon in 2021 which led to a chemical cut and just overall ugly color as well. I contacted this salon to ask about the bleaching process and if my hair would be okay. I really wanted to get out of my root beer-float look. Well I would have never been able to imagine my hair turning out so well. The highlights are subtle like I wanted them to be and there was no major damage (or any really) done to my hair. I also love the salons location, it’s vibe, and the owner is obviously very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I’m so happy to have finally found a place I trust.
