Not once, but twice, during an attempted sale, Dick Hannah Nissan did an online pricing bait and switch, briefly advertising a much lower price and then, "oh, sorry, we're having trouble with our website." Another customer, overhearing this stunt playing out, actually came over and cautioned me while the sales team wasn't looking that they had a similar bait and switch experience. Then, during a test drive, a break maintenance light came on and staff attempted to pretend it was a low tire pressure light. I had to show them the "break light maintenance" warning icon in the car's manual to get them to stop trying to sell me an unsafe car same-day. And they won't budge on not charging you for the sales gimmick of claiming to put nitrogen in their tires. Google it. So scammy. They pass you around from team member to team member. You leave feeling so manhandled that you need a shower. There are much more ethical Nissan dealers out there. Shop elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away the team was magnificent. Emad Hashad was simply amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable of the inventory and was unphased by my going back and forth between models. Other team members were also very kind even though they were not working with me. I had a great experience in the finance department and even got to say hello to the detailer that made my new baby all sparkly. Thank you for taking the dread out of the whole buying experience!! Emad!! Kudos!!

went in to purchase a 2021 toyota tacoma trd outright. Austin, the sales rep, presented me with "the sheet" we haggled a bit and setted on a price after discussing a few broken items(headlight and tailight) and worn tires that didnt meet saftey standards, i signed and shook hands with the financial rep, who left and came back later with sheet for a higher than agreed price and none of the included repairs factored in claiming the truck was being sold AS IS, higher than posted online btw. after 2+ hours of back and forth about price and repair items the financial rep asked me to leave as apparently i was being too emotional about the transaction. TLDR tried upselling me on a broken truck and got asked to leave when called out on the lies and gaslighting

The Dick Hannah Nissan team who helped my wife and me with our car purchase this month were knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and professional. They answered all our questions efficiently… confirming the research we did previously. I highly recommend you all see Zackery and Greg, backed up by Austin and Lance with after sales service. We had what I considered a great experience at Dick Hannah Nissan!

If you are looking for a great dealership and even better reps, look no further than Dick Hannah Nissan-Gladstone, OR!
I truly cannot express how impressed and appreciative I am for Ramsey Koba!! From the initial inquiry of the vehicle, the test drive, and to the final signing - Ramsey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions - Ramsey was able to answer them on the spot and was quick to respond if he had to get more details!
I felt very comfortable and heard throughout this experience!
Make sure to ask for Ramsey when you are looking for a rep to work with! As I’m confident you’ll expect/receive the same kindness and courtesy from other reps, I can personally attest to Ramsey’s willingness to go above and beyond with his customers!
I do want to give a shout out to Patrick and Greg who helped finalize the purchase of my new 2024 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X! This team was willing to work with me as I shopped with them and various other dealers.
I’m loving this truck and glad I had the pleasure of working with this team!!
Thank you again to the Dick Hannah Nissan team for the great experience!

Lance, the general manager, provided contact information to me due to a previous difficult experience regarding a trade-in/refinance offer, and extended an offer to help me resolve the issue. After contacting Lance, he went above and beyond to work out a deal that met my needs and was comparable to what I had previously been offered. Because of his exceptional effort, patience, and dedication to providing me with a reasonable offer, I am changing my review to reflect the positive experience I had with his follow-up. These guys will work with you if you work with them.

It's very hard to recommend to a friend or any other individual with good conscious. Surprisingly the sales team are very helpful and address your specific questions and actually care about you. But it's the management team that really breaks this organization, they have no flexibility whatsoever and unfortunately when the sales rep makes a small promise the management team cannot back it up. Having been a former car dealer myself of several years I can see how Dick Hannah PDX management is a huge let down. Personally I would employee the sales rep if I was still in the industry, but it's a real shame management is so out of touch that they are holding back the reps from having satisfied customers, and probably making money. To any staff reading this message, go get a job at another dealer because the grass IS greener.
I moved to PDX from Australia to start a new life, and a huge step is to buy a new car, and after what I experienced Dick Hannah is the worst place to go. Although I have citizenship here now, I really don't feel welcomed into this country...

I inquired Wednesday night on a 2023 pro4X frontier, I asked if they'd be willing to accept an out the door price. They ended up calling me Thursday morning (I wish it was over text for proof.) And making me a counter offer. I told them I'd get back with them in a few hours, I ended up driving out to check the truck out. I loved it. And my sales person seemed very nice and respectful. I asked one last time if they could meet me between my offer and the one they made. The sales person got the sales manager/financial manager and said not only would they not consider it but they will be raising the price, I said I'd do their offer they made on phone and they wouldn't even honor it. They said they mis priced the truck and said I could buy it for the price they had posted today but wouldn't honor the offer they made me just a few hours prior. I told the sales/finance manager good luck on getting more money for his truck and he said he will and I left.
Big shame. I loved the truck, my sales rep seemed great. Management needs morals.
Could not recommend dick Hannah Nissan to anyone.
Good ole bait and switch, total waste of my time and their time. This could have been avoided.
Do better
*update* I'll share more info since lance wants to lie, on the phone call they let me know they couldn't do 32,000 or 32,500. But they countered to 33,000 out the door.
I had every intention of leaving with the truck for their 33k out the door offer on it.

I went with my mom at the beginning of September to get a new car. She had taken her old one in to be fixed, and it needed a whole new transmission. She chose to just buy a new car and give the old one to a friend. She found a car she loved on the lot and was excited. Then came the paperwork, and that's where things started going wrong.
Some advice, don't let someone who has only been working a month and has not completed their onboard training work with customers alone.
Mom wanted the Wine Country license plates. She's always had the basic tree plates she was treating herself. She started signing paperwork. She was ready to pay, debit card in hand. She was then told that after a certain amount, there were high fees with using a debit card, so it would be best to use a check. Fine. Whatever. Then, as we were getting ready to go get the check (cause one was not brought), she was told a cashier check would be better. So then we had to find a bank and hope they could do one for the amount needed.
We come back with the cashiers check and there was more paperwork for her to sign that was not done properly.
A couple weeks later she gets a call that MORE paperwork needs to be signed (cause it had been redone) and that it was sent in an email.
Fast forward to today 10/17 her license plates show up. Guess who got the damn basic tree instead of wine country?? She checks her paperwork, there is nothing about a license plate anywhere. She is now stuck with something she didn't want because of a incompetent worker.
Maybe make sure the workers have more than a month experience and have completed their onboard training before screwing over customers. Beyond unacceptable.
