Had a great experience with this auto dealership. I reached out about a test drive online & Jake had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. They also offered a fair price for my beater-van trade-in. We wound up having to wait a bit on the lender, but Jake let me take the car home & then brought the finalized paperwork to our place for signing! I love supporting small family owned businesses & would definitely encourage anyone to check this place out. We’ve had our vehicle 6 months now & no issues have come up. I remember them saying if I did notice anything to please reach out - I genuinely feel they really care about getting people into safe, reliable cars.

I was so excited to get my 2002 yellow bug last year but since I got it it's been nothing but problems. I keep up with the maintenance as needed but yet it's issue after issue. I should have never bought the car. Within the first month the passenger door stopped working and still won't open from the outside. Shortly after that the coolant light was constantly coming on although i had plenty of coolant. Next thing you know I'm replacing several parts because the old parts of the car broke down and my car could not hold coolant, it was leaking everywhere. On top of that, the driver window track broke down so my window wouldn't roll up. I was in Bend on a trip and had to have a friend tape my window up with duct tape so it would stay up, it was so tacky and inconvenient. Thank goddess I have a good mechanic friend who doesn't charge that much for labor who fixed both issues. NOW, the car needs a new battery, which I got, but it seems that the alternator is now having issues. I've never been so disappointed in a purchase. I pay it off in 6 months and cannot wait to get rid of this junk car. The only decent part was the service from Jake, he's a nice guy.

Jakeberg was Awesome!! I searched endlessly for the right car for me. I finally settled on wanting a Hyundai. I found a Hyundai Elantra Limited at Jakeberg in GREAT condition with only 58k Miles. Jake let us go test drive it alone, as long as we wanted. We negotiated back and forth and it was very productive. They worked with my Bank for a car loan which was easy. And we made the purchase! Before I bought it, the backseat of the car was TORN UP, like a dog dug into the seat, and the Rims of all the tires were really SCRATCHED Up, like they were drove along the side of a wall. Tires are fine but the rims were all kinds of scratched up. But Jake, Has people that come in and touch up their cars. They touched my car up FOR FREE after we already agreement on a payment. IT was VERY Generous. DId not expect it. Very very kind. It has been a couple months now and my car is still running great. I am very thankful to have shopped for a car at JAKEBERG Auto Sales and I recommend others at least check them out too!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! This is a local family-owned gem, trustworthy and so good to work with. I just bought a Rav4 from them, and Loren made the experience completely smooth and hassle-free. He even personally picked me up from 30 minutes away, since I had the Toyota dealer perform a pre-purchase inspection on the car. We wrapped the deal up within 5 minutes, but he stayed chatting with me until well past closing time. You can tell that Jake and Loren are genuinely great people who happen to love cars, and that’s reflected in every step of the car buying process with them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! 10/10

Loren was amazing!! Pulled the car out I called about and had it ready for our test drive when we got there. It was perfect! I was not looking into trading in my car but he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse! I was worried about the age of the car and we worked out a 3 month warranty. I live an hour away and a light came on the way home and he offered to come pick it up and take a look!! Thankfully the light went out and he was off the hook! I would recommend themIn a heart beat! Best car buying experience I have ever had. I had lost my husband a couple months ago and he put me at ease with the whole process.

Came down from Puyallup, WA to buy this Tundra. I had called the night before and Loren assured me he would have the truck ready for us to drive the next morning. On our way there, Loren even called to wish us a safe drive and to let us know the truck was ready. Got there, drove it, loved it, and bought it. Loren and his son were professional and friendly the whole time and didn’t try to sell us anything extra or hide any cost. Even after we drove it home and discovered the horn didn’t work, Loren took care of us and it was fixed and paid for the same day it was taken to be fixed (ended up being the clock spring warranty didn’t cover). I would recommend them to anyone as they took care of me after the sale! Thank you guys so much!

Was absolutely fantastic! I bought a cute little Dodge Dakota from Jake Berg Auto Sales after some "negotiation." The actual sitting-at-the-desk part with Loren was pleasant and chill. 1 week after buying the truck it began to have some issues.... I contacted Loren and I was assured it would be taken care of. That's exactly what they did! A few days later he and Jake actually came to my house to get the truck to take to their mechanic. I honestly expected it to to be in the "hospital" for several days. My truck was repaired(at no cost to me) and delivered to me the SAME day!! WOW!!! My little truck runs like a champ now thanks to Loren and his son Jake! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!

Be wary when buying an older car from here. Bought a vehicle with 243k on it but the engine looked decent and clean when I bought it. Within 40 miles of driving, I noticed a lot of oil being slung around because the drive belt started squealing. Called them, and they offered to get it to a mechanic which I had the vehicle towed to. Long story short the mechanic who this dealership wanted it sent to as they offered to pay to repair it, didn't fix the major leak, and told me it only has a seep, which absolutely wasn't the case, it's definitely major I discovered it on my own. This dealership wouldn't undo the deal even the very next day as I had asked because I had a bad feeling they were being dishonest. Their response was basically in a roundabout way, what do you expect with that many miles? I said well if you hadn't had the oil cleaned to conceal the leak and I had seen it when I was looking I wouldn't have bought it! Now I have to pay a couple of thousand to get it fixed!

Never in my life have a got a vehicle with out test driving it of seeing it in person but we needed a vehicle ASAP and they had what we wanted. They had my 4x4 suv with everything I wanted and very clean and our test drive was 50 miles home with no issues. Very nice respectful people I give em a 2 thumbs up??
