“Just bought my second mattress here am super happy with it. Devin was very helpful in narrowing down the choices. I've come to appreciate what a difference a good salesman makes, and he's great at it--no pressure, just assistance. They make their mattresses on site, so the possibilities are endless. Try this place out. You won't be disappointed!”

“Laura was so easy to work with and she made us feel so comfortable and not pressured. She took the time to make sure I was finding something I really wanted and was going to be happy with in the long run instead of pestering us like a sales person. We were in and out very quickly and Laura is clearly an expert at her craft.”

“Thank you, Joe. You made a chore that I’ve been procrastinating on so easy and painless! And I appreciate you taking the time to check inventory to find a better mattress than I anticipated affording. I’m very much looking forward to not sleeping on my couch any more!! You’re a hero in my book. Thanks again!!”

“No pressure showroom with a great selection of mattresses you would not typically be able to try (online only brands). Owner was kind, patient, and attentive during the testing process. They were also able to price match online promotional pricing. If you’re looking for a new mattress, would reccommend a visit!”

“An absolute GEM!!! I walked in to ask some questions about replacing the foam in my couch, and ended up getting a tour and learning how the business came to be. They do excellent, *quick* work and are more than happy to share advice and feedback on whatever you need. The factory serves customers all over the US, and during the tour I could see why!! Good pay and good treatment for the employees mean that they’re incentivized to care about your products, and that care shows in the quality of what they make. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.”

“Let me start by saying, Adam and John are amazing people. The shop is incredible. Fantastic quality work and excellent customer service. Also prices are very reasonable compared to other futon shops. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about not being able to put futon a together. It is sad to see you people leaving bad feedback for good business because they are unable to follow instructions and have 0 communication skills. Oh, and they feel somehow entitled too. Go get your rock soft futon from rock solid people. ???”

“Amazing mattress and customer service! David was very informative and helpful. His assistant helped with the delivery. We tried out the different mattress combinations in their showroom. I have never slept better on a mattress in my entire life and we are in our 70’s. There is no odor and the support is perfect. You can also flip these (unlike the newer hybrid mattresses) if you want to use the other side but the side we have been sleeping on is perfect. The mattress is heavy but I was able to hold it up while my spouse installed a piece of plywood to support the Mattress as we had slats and a bunky board which weren’t adequate. We checked out one other Local store but the quality of their mattresses were horrible and mass produced. We’ve also tried out five different mattresses at Costco and they all went back. After getting disgusted about the amount of time wasted buying and returning, we decided to bite the bullet and invest in a good mattress that will probably outlive us.”

“I ordered a Roamrest mattress for my Winnabago Revel motorhome. I had a deadline, we were leaving on vacation soon. I called Roamrest (North America Mattress RV division) and inquired if they could get my mattress made by my deadline. First, someone actually picked up the phone when I called and I spoke with a nice human being, not some kind of A.I. robot. She took my order and put in special notes saying when this would needed to be done by. I followed up a couple of times by email to check the status of the order. Both times I got a prompt response. The mattress shipped on time and is perfect. The Revel has an odd bed design, and this mattress fits really well. Way more comfortable than the original mattress. I recommend this company for sure. Thank you Roamrest AKA North American Mattress.”

“Great mattresses at affordable prices. Matt was very professional during the entire process. We ended up purchasing a king size mattress retailed for $2100 for the price of $600 with delivery and transfer included. We would purchase from Matt again. He also had alot of name brand mattresses such as Casper, Straava, and Purple. We ended up purchasing an Englander for a great value.”

“Amanda did a great job explaining all the options to us. She gave us the pros and cons of each. We were able to make an informed decision. If we did not we have the peace of mind knowing that the bed can be returned in 90 days if not satisfied. We are pretty sure we will like the bed and not have to return it. Thank you Amanda for a pleasant buying experience.”

“I wish there were more stars than just 5 for Standard TV and Appliance. I picked the wrong size appliance and through the whole process of dealing with the staff I was treated with the utmost grace and professionalism. I was granted permission to return the product even after scratching it up a bit in transit. But the evening before the scheduled pick-up a neighbor walking her dog stopped to chat. I felt obliged to tell her why there was a refrigerator on my front stoop and she asked if she could buy it from me. OF COURSE! And again, Linda in Customer Relations was understanding and polite as I cancelled the return while offering her best regards. Thank you Standard, you are the best!”

“Robo was great we came back because of him the first time we came in we were just looking he could tell i wanted space to look he gave us space to look when we left he was nice we came back a week later and he was super friendly and once again gave the space so I did not feel pressured he answered answered all my questions. Resulting in us buying a couch and a mattress instead of only the couch.”
