Has gotten way to expensive for them to still be stapling their tags on to items. Customer service is not impressive

I truly don't understand the hype of this place. I've been here plenty of times during my thrifting days and have seen the lines out the door and the parking lot full and wonder what it is people are looking for? First and foremost, the cashiers/staff are the most unfriendly and aggressive people ever. The stuff here is literal trash - its like the Goodwill bins store except everything is on a rack or hanger. The furniture looks like they picked it up from the local dump - not exaggerating. There are passive aggressive notes all over the store, too. It used to be affordable but now it's just overpriced for junk. You're probably just as well off going to Goodwill and at least they'll pleasantly greet you when you walk in.

This thrift store has a wide selection of clothing. And it is worth shopping their book section. I have always received excellent service here. They could keep the store a little cleaner, but other than that, it is a good place to shop for bargains. However, household items are priced too high.

Definitely not what it used to be. Prices have gone up and it seems to always be packed with people. But still go here and always find good things.

This is a for profit, thrift store!! Many people think that it goes to the veterans however, if you look at the door, it says and fine print, they do not support any nonprofit organization. There are zero fitting rooms to try things on, and a no return policy. No bathrooms for the public, which they consider customers. Staff is very sneaky with cash. Twice in a row I have had to have them count out there till. One time they shorted me $20 and the next time 15. the staff member was calling me a liar, her manager was backing her up and told me that it was on video so she would go review the video. I told them go watch the video. And amazingly they could not because the video did not show that angle of the till. Great variety and selection for the most part. However, the pricing can be extreme. It looks like it should be your neighborhood ghetto thrift store and it is. Very few for profit, thrift stores out there, but this is one of them.

I have been going here for years. You have to pay in cash! Sometimes there are good finds, there’s plenty of inventory to go through. The toy bags are annoying because to get something you have to buy an entire bag filled with the toys that nobody wants. The employees can be rude or disinterested.

Maybe put a sign on the door saying cash only. Or better yet move into the 21st century and take credit cards. I will not use your ATM to further pad your bank account. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my day.

Decent, just bring a keg of patience and enough cash to satisfy your curiosity. Super duper crowded, either young women, old women or middle aged men working the crowd, sometimes mentally disabled people. I'm happy that it's probably community ran! The inventory is really spontaneous, of course. If you chance and buy an item that doesn't fit, good luck. It's worth the trip even without a car, just don't let your kids bring their toys here cause anything you bring can be lost to the chaos of the store. Some items are ridiculously priced, ei a bike that's over $1,000 where you can go to mean jean at se salmon and se 15th and probably find one for a tenth of that. My biggest complaint is that you need loads of time to find specific side-quest items. It took me 2 hours to find pants and I still bought 4, half of them didn't fit so my success rate was 50% for a total trip of 5 hours. Because I don't own a car.

I took my kids in here and one of the store associates Marissa was the best. She helped me and answered all my questions. We left with some really great things I was looking for. She was so nice give her a raise.

This is the worst thrift store I have ever been to in my life and I'm 54 have have been to many in multiple states. They are way too pricey, there is no room to shop as every isle is crowded and for as many people who are in the store, they don't even offer a restroom not to mention they only take cash. Yes they have an ATM but really, who doesn't offer debit or credit card. I mean wow.

Over priced sadly..I used to love shopping here it's been the first shop I go when I visit home, I went for the first time since Christmas and was taken back by the jump in prices, $50 for a kids lion king tee and $20 for a tee with stains just because it's "vintage" just another thrift store taking advantage of "thrifting" being popular. Donated clothes can no longer be bought on a regular income.

I want to love this place. Let me explain. THE GOOD: It's packed with all the things you'd typically find in a thrift store, sometimes with more interesting and rare finds. You will find good stuff for pretty cheap. Some items are more expensive but that tends to vary. They have 50% and 75% off tags every day which is so much fun. They organize clothing by colors within each category. I could go on. The MEH: They are cash only. Adds to the charm, but easy to forget until you get there. The BAD: No returns, no exchanges. No fitting rooms- which is okay if you have mirrors. But we all know there is no retailer in existence that has convenient mirrors unless they are for sale on the mirror aisle. Next, it gets crowded quick. Lots of other shoppers hanging out, lots of employees coming through hot with their rolling racks, and lots of announcements on the intercom to fill up any empty "nooks and crannies" in your shopping experience. Which brings me to... The BAD Part 2: Have you ever heard of "Dick's Last Resort" restaurant chain from Dallas, Texas? Well I've never been there, but sometimes I laugh and wonder if they also own the Red White & Blue thrift store here in Gladstone, Oregon. Nonetheless, RWB is a goldmine on the right day and once in a while a dumpster fire but definitely worth the trip. IDEA: Get rid of the shopping carts already!

This is a great thrift store. Lots of stuff. My only complaint is that their prices are insanely high for used stuff. Like stuff at the store is cheaper on some things. I don't get it. You'd think they'd know that if prices are reasonable they will sell more and make more but they are just following places like Goodwill. Then what happens is they end up with way too much inventory and end up throwing stuff in the garbage which is counter productive for a thrift store. I mean, isn't that why they sell used goods? To keep them out of the landfills? Guess not.

This used to be my favorite thrift store but unfortunately I won’t be shopping here anymore. The prices are now unreasonable for USED items. My suggestion is pass on Red White & Blue until they realize they are pricing themselves out of the thrift market.

The store has some great finds but nothing is organized by size and there are serious markups on certain items. $40 for an old coat is too much. Also it’s cash only.
