Service people at RT Kia were overwhelmed with jobs, but they didn't fail to take good care of me and my car. They did the work that was needed, with no upcharges or bait-and-switch tactics. All told, it was a very good experience, and I commend Travis for his great service.

I had a great experience buying a Kia Soul in February and it was time for my first service appointment. Travis was great at explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. It is a comfortable waiting area and I am so pleased not only with an outstanding car, but competent and approachable employees that I trust. The paperwork was an extra bonus explaining all the inspection checks.

I've been going to Ron Tonkin for years and they've always been great. I recently bought a new Kia from Ron Tonkin Kia, so now I take it there for service. The sales and service team are helpful and nice, taking the time to answer all of my technical and obscure questions. Kristen helped me during my latest regular service visit and she got everything done perfectly!

Ron Tonkin Kia is exactly where you want to go to buy your car. Our new Telluride is without doubt, the best vehicle we have every owned. And, the staff at Ron Tonkin Kia is excellent. Jacob, has so much knowledge - answered all our questions about the Telluride and made the purchase so easy. We have just been in for our first service and that was a great experience with that department at Ron Tonkin. Jennifer Lopez, the customer service agent, was just the best. If I could give it less stars, I would. The KIA challenge has my insurance drop me, Ron Tonkin never informed me of a recall, or anything about what was going on. I get a hold of some lady in the service department, she wants me to bring my car in for the software update. Great. I have it towed, being that I have no insurance, 40 miles to this place. They tell me, I don't qualify, so instead, call a number, and jump through a million hoops to get a voucher. I commute to work, 40 miles 1 way. I need my car. I get no answer from them on a different matter, so I call the next morning, they didn't know I brought a car in. Really?!?!?! After 30 minutes of looking, they had no information on what I wanted done. Completely disappointed and totally disorganized. Worst customer service ever!

I can’t thank the team at Ron Tonkin enough! Jared was so great at reaching out with updates when he found the car (with the color and trim) I wanted. Aimen was so genuine and knowledgeable while helping make the car buying process easy. And Jennifer was a ray of sunshine in the finance department! She went above and beyond to help me get the lowest rate on my loan. Everyone was so professional and gave great service.

Ron Tonkin Kia is definitely a cut above others I have dealt with in the past. The service writer, Jennifer Lopez (really that's her name, what fun dealing with a celeb:) was lovely to work with. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The timing she quoted was spot on and I really appreciated her support in utilizing the best discount on the charges.

The experience starting with the initial communication to taking deliver of my new car was awesome. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Nobody was overly pushy and were completely willing to work with me. This was what an ideal car buying experience should be like.

Waste of money. Once ready to purchase a car, I took it to a third party mechanic for an inspection to ensure there weren't any major issues. We dropped it back off briefly and intended to buy it by the end of day. Apparently immediately after bringing it back (and paying for the $200 inspection) they sold it to someone else, before we even got the chance to talk thru the deal (we were planning on paying the sticker price even though the car had $1500 of immediate repairs needed). Keep in mind they must have sold it within an hour of bringing it back, while giving us no idea what was going on or a sense of urgency to buy it. Clearly no respect for the customer. Threw away $200 and didn't even get an apology. So disappointing.

My mom goes here to get her cars maintenance done.She's been having issues with the vehicle for over a year now and every time she goes in the staff is rude to her and never seriously looked into the problem, just plugged in the computer and said that it wasn't having any codes so it's fine. Now the car is barely limping along with the same problems she went there with to have them fix and they still want to refuse that it has issues.

I have consistently had good service in the service department since 2020. Most recently Janette helped take care of a recall issue with my car as well as replacing a faulty part that was covered under warranty. I always feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands at Gladstone Kia.

Ron Tonkin Kia makes getting my car’s oil changed convenient. The customer care associate who helped me most recently was Janette. I appreciated how friendly and accommodating Janette was. The oil changes have consistently taken less than an hour, and the waiting area has comfy chairs to relax in until my car is finished. After the service was finished, Janette went over the service checklist and updated me on any services my car would be due for in the near future.

Steve helped me get exactly what I was looking for, and Jennifer in finance got me 3 whole points off what my previous lender had said their interest rate would be. I never felt pressured, Steve was honest about what he could and couldn’t do, and he worked with my hectic schedule. I came over between meetings to see the van, then I sent my husband over, then I came back, then we came back together to get it. It was the exact shopping experience I wanted and needed to have, and the team here made it possible. Everyone was nice and accommodating and looking out for one another. It’s a nice environment. I love my new-to-me Honda Odyssey. It’s exactly what I wanted. I recommend Ron Tonkin Kia, they’ll work with you.

Well, I went into my local Kia dealership that I have gone to for quite a few years. I have trusted Kia dealerships by purchasing 2 vehicles in the past 20 years. I have always used and trusted the Kia Service Department in the Oak Grove, Milwaukie area. They sent out a recall and service check. I went inside and I was greeted very well. I had some fresh coffee, walked around a bit, used the clean bathrooms, watched some tv and ate some snacks. My wait did not seem to be too long. The Service (Advisor #41844 Kristen Houser) was really helpful in explaining the services. She seemed to care about what thought.
