This used to be a friendly little pharmacy, but due to them being short handed- the employees are rude, eye rolling, and don’t answer the phone. I feel like a burden when I go there anymore.

Don't bother getting any produce at this location. I ordered for delivery and got grapes and a salad that both were inedible. I originally thought it was just the driver not paying attention, but when I drove there the next day, none of the options shelved were good. It definitely looks like somebody has been re-tagging old produce. There was a container of grapes that the sticker said was packaged that day, yet they had leaked all over the container and were sticking to the inside walls of it. There's not a chance it was packaged that day. With the delivery order, I snapped pictures of each of the products and was refunded by Uber without question, because it was overwhelmingly obvious the food should not have been sold. For the meat, there was barely a selection and it all looked a bit gross. I will drive the extra couple miles to go to a store that take pride in what they sell. 🤢🤮

I have had nothing but good customer service from the staff in the pharmacy. I won't go anywhere else , I've been going here for about 15 plus years.

Only ever had great experiences with this pharmacy. Highly recommended. The only thing to remember is they're closed for lunch break from 1:30-2:00!

I never used Safeway pharmacy before. I decided to use them for the recent covid vaccine since it was hard to get an appointment at my regular pharmacy. I don't think I'll ever go back. I had a billing rejection. Which I get I worked in pharmacy. They insisted I call my insurance company. It was after hours. I told her I can pay out of pocket for some reason rhe pharmacist made a pretty big deal out of it and started arguing with me. She also was argumentative when I suggested thatI could call the other pharmacy that i made an appointment but cancelled. She inisted i needed to call my insurance company. I called the other pharmacy. They did prebilled itSo they reverse the claim. Everything was good. But then she kind of was still defensive and argumentative after it was approved. Kind of critizing me saying you never cancel online. Always cancel in person. I just felt there was a lot of unneeded arguing ,defensiveness and, critizing when I all I wanted was my vaccine and I was willing to pay for it out of pocket if I needed to.. I know they work long hours. But there was no reason draw out something that could be handled differently.

This review is mainly for the Starbucks staff in this store. The times I have been in, the "baristas" (if you wanna call them that!) are either rude or totally ignore you. I waited in line for over 10 minutes recently because the two young female employees were joking around and looking at pics on each others phones. Not kidding. I waved the nearby store cashier towards me to find out what I could do about what was happening and she ignored me. I guess I was the issue and the problem, being such an inconsiderate customer interrupting them during their fun. I submitted a complaint to Starbucks too. Holy cow.

Ended up leaving the store. I love that they have gone to one way lanes with directional arrows about every ten feet. Sadly some customers ignore them. But the reason I walked out today was employees were also ignoring the arrows and going down up lanes. Sorry I expect employees to comply and set an example. The little Safeway in Canby does not seem to have this issue. Glad I have options.

I bought bananas last night 4/29. EVERYONE of them was bruised along the edge though no indication on the outside. what a waste of money!
