I thought the days of high pressure used car salesmen were over. When it was obvious that the purchase couldn’t happen that day (my funds couldn’t be electronically transferred that day) I was surprised to be told/asked/pressured to complete paperwork for financing that I didn’t need. I understood the car I wanted most likely wouldn’t be available 2-3 days later, and as disappointed as I was in that…I was more disappointed in the back and forth “let me talk to my manager” insistence/coercion games they played. Happily driving an identical car purchased from Carmax on my timetable.

I went to Swickard Honda 2 days ago to get an oil change which costs $95 which is $30 more than Wilsonville Honda. When I received my repair suggestions, the dealer said that I needed a new battery that costs $268. After my service was completed, I drove over to Battery Exchange to have them look at my battery and they said my battery tested fine. By the way, Battery exchange only charges $120 for a 5 year warranty battery. This dealership is way overpriced and money hungry as they want to do unnecessary repairs. The previous dealership Town and Country were much better. I will use Wilsonville Honda in the future.

First time buying from this dealer, We had been on the lookout for a certain make/model and we weren't settling until we found the right one and thankfully were able to buy it here. Cruz was our sales rep and he was very comfortable to work with. He stayed late with us closing on a deal, was very considerate and tried to go the extra mile when he could. We would definitely ask for him again whenever making a purchase!

My experience at Swickard Honda far surpassed my interactions at other dealerships. My first visit, I was greeted by Andrew. He showed me my choices for SUVs, allowing me to choose the right one for me— the CRV. After a great test drive, I had some decisions to make. On my second visit, Aiden took over for Andrew who was busy with other clients. Aiden was very attentive and an excellent listener. Both sales reps were not too pushy at all, allowing the greatness of the CRV to speak for itself. They were also very attentive and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had with caring and expertise. I ended up purchasing the CRV with Aiden — he steadily walked me through the process with ease. Dan and Riley were also great, helping me get the best deal and hunt down the exact color and trim model I wanted all the way in Bend! Aiden even drove down there to pick it up for me in a one day trip for Milwaukie! I definitely recommend this dealership, and if you can find Aiden or Andrew, you’re in luck. But I’m sure the rest of the crew is just as good.
