Very disappointed in what they have to offer so far, the sales team created my buying experience into a gimmick, and the service department has turned a bad corner because they do not do as they say, they promised they will do, I have a car now that we have spent good used car money on and got over10 or $11,000 into a vehicle that's only gonna bluebook for about 6000 because of their problems and because they're lying about the issues with the car and it even has, HAD, right after we buy it, a severe security compromise/which I brought to their attention, and they waffled on it for two months

I recently purchased a 2010 Audi Q5 from Toyota of Gladstone with the expectation that the vehicles undergo thorough inspections before being sold. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my story to caution potential buyers.Upon purchasing the Audi Q5, I was assured that all vehicles at Toyota of Gladstone undergo proper inspections to ensure their reliability. However, just one month after the purchase, my car left me stranded at a gas station when it refused to start. The subsequent visit to a mechanic revealed several critical issues, including a failing starter, a leaking oil pan gasket, and codes indicating problems with the fuel pump. The total cost for these repairs amounted to a staggering $2500.When I reached out to Toyota of Gladstone seeking assistance or, at the very least, a thorough inspection of the vehicle, I was met with disappointing responses. I was informed that the vehicle was sold "as is," and the dealership expressed no willingness to take responsibility for the issues I encountered. They refused even to assess the vehicle or consider contributing to the necessary repairs.This experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. Not only do I now find myself owing over $10,000 on the vehicle loan, but I am also burdened with an additional $2500 in repair costs that should have been addressed before the sale. It is disheartening to witness a dealership prioritize its profit margins over the satisfaction and trust of its customers.I strongly caution potential buyers against purchasing from Toyota of Gladstone. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand by their products raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would advise exploring other dealerships that prioritize transparency, thorough inspections, and customer support.

After two leases from this dealership I will not be returning. On my 2nd lease I was only given 1 key no spare due to a chip shortage thar was June. I lost the only key to my car this weekend and do not have a spare. I am being told will now need to pay over $900 to have the car reprogrammed and 2 keys made because they never gave me a spare.

When I first purchased my car at Toyota in Gladstone, I felt I was in good hands.I even bought an extended service contract to make sure, that there were no surprises down the road. In the last four years, I have noticed a decline in the service department, non transparency regarding my extended service contract and an unresponsive staff and leadership.To make a long story short, I am ready to buy my next new car but will not buy it there.

One thing I pretty much hate is waiting that is why I take appointments. It is funny that I had to make an appointment just to be told you have to wait hour and 45 minutes more because we are "very busy". So why did I make an appointment? Busy is not my problem that is why I called 5 days before to make an appointment.

From the first minute I texted Cameron Coiteux (which was late at night) and he responded first thing in the a.m., it was a pleasurable experience working with him. He was super patient. He got us exactly what we wanted and asked for. He went to bat with his manager and got us a small discount too. Then he stayed late at work and helped go over every inch of the car with us. I love working with people like him, they're hard working, super nice and a pleasure to work with. Cheers.

This was the worst car leasing experience ever. After spending well over an hour trying to agree on price(they were undervaluing my trade in by a lot), they kept us waiting for nearly 3 hrs. to sign papers because 1 employee didn't come to work so only had 1 finance person(even though we had made an appointment).They kept apologizing and were worried they wouldn't get a 5 star review from us-try better customer service!I gave them an accurate payment that needed to pay off the lease on our trade in but 2 days after we drove home, the finance person called to tell us we owed $892 because the payoff was more than I told them.(I got the amount directly from Subaru finance). They never called back but 3 days later we got a letter saying we owed $1092 with no explanation as to why this went up $200.I left 2 messages with the General manager(never heard from him), 3 messages with the sales manager and spoke with our salesman who told me he would get the info for me and call me back(he didn't). The sales manager called my wife back instead of me leaving my phone # on his voicemail multiple times and on a written note. I spoke with him and my wife and I felt he was harassing and threatening us. I told him I wasn't going to do anything til I spoke with the finance company.Turns out the payoff was actually less than I was quoted by over $500. Apparently, Gladstone Toyota over paid the finance company and received a check for $1599 but still questioned what I was telling them.Very frustrating experience. Just hope I can get them to actually send me what they owe me.I would give them no stars if possible. Find somewhere else to do business.And BTW, this is the first review I have ever posted as I hate the whole social media thing but this was unacceptable.

A price of a car was listed online as one price. When I contacted the company to inquire about it, they said it was accidentally listed at an incorrect price, which they said the actual price is $30,000 MORE than what it was listed for online. This online price was also listed on other sites which lead me to this SCAMMERSHIP, I mean dealership. They said they would not honor the price that was listed ON THEIR WEBSITE. I told them I feel that this is false advertising and how could I trust a dealership that advertizes false prices on their website. SCAMMERS. DIRTY DEALS. NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE.

Been quite a few times since buying my truck and not impressed with the service I received the past couple times for sure. Purchased my Tacoma TRD Pro here in 2019 and got the extended service warranty. The past two times I’ve been in for regular maintenance though they failed to check my tire pressure (I have one that has a very slow leak which should have been inflated if they’d looked). Also the “tire rotation” seems to be simply swapping the front and back tires instead of actually rotating them. And I know at least once or twice they didn’t bother filling the washer fluid, which is what made me suspicious in the first place. My final gripe is with how long the service takes to complete. Maybe they need to limit the appointments per day a bit more, but it really shouldn’t take almost 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation even if you’re busy.

Wonderful experience; the best service appointment I’ve ever had with a vehicle. Welcoming atmosphere and nice waiting area. The intake video shared with me my vehicle’s condition showing a movie of the condition and measurements of tires, suspension, brakes, filters and more were in the video that I could review repeatedly as I wished so I could decide what I wanted done on that visit and see what didn’t needed to be done on that visit but may be needed on subsequent service appointments.My Express Service Consultant, Steven Truong, was amazing in keeping me in the loop and the options available to me. All the other expediters and the technicians were extremely helpful.Services: Battery

We take our car here every time it need service and have for years including our prior car. Very pleasant employees in the Service Dept. Prev car had oil consumption issue. They monitored the oil for 70 days and THEY found a recall for this. Helped me rent a car and fixed it. It didn't cost me a dime! That was beyond service in my book. Totally trust them.

This was my first visit to Gladstone Toyota Service. I made an online appointment for 8:45 and arrived early only to find out I had made the appointment for 8:45 pm, not am! Heather said it was no big deal and made me feel at ease. They fit me in for my oil change and completed a total car review. They found issues I was unaware of and was impressed that they showed me pictures of the problem. Heather was awesome and I have scheduled my next auto fix things.Service: Oil change
