My wife and I have used this location for over 27 years now. We have 3 local businesses and use USPS a lot. Mark and the current staff here are amazing. Every now and then I stop in at Neaf rd. and am reminded of just how great this location is!

RUDE clerk. I usually have fantastic service here but went in a couple days ago to drop off a package and the clerk asked me to confirm it was media mail and that they would be opening it to check. I have dropped off atleast 1000 packages over the last several years here and have never been treated this way. I was shipping a gaming strategy guide and he told me he would be opening once I left to confirm because he didn't believe me. DO BETTER!!! I believe he is new because I never have had issues!

Despite some of the poor reviews I’ve always had a good experience here. Staff has been cordial and efficient. The lines can sometimes get long if there’s only one worker and I wish it was a little bigger inside since it can get crowded if people are trying to prepare packages in the same place people are trying to line up.

They ship my large boxes containing illegal narcotics and that's hard to find these days. Saves me a ton in having to pay human mules thousands of dollars. Will be continuing service for sure

Since the old management retried which were knowledgeable and helpful the new management is lazy and lack knowledge of their job and are not willing to learn. They do the bare minimum.

Just a quiet little post office situated in the city of Gladstone. Not a lot more to say about it, there's a few PO boxes, and generally not too much of a line.

One clerk at counter while other was at lunch. 2 people had several pkgs to mail out.then a woman was sending a 1# PKG to Israel. Was asked for a postal code and couldn't read the address.i just needed 1st class stamps, was quick and pleasant.

I miss the old crew!!! Much happier place a few years ago. Used to be cleaner and had recycling/garbage in front lobby. Now, just a business.
