We chose this location for our anniversary this year as it's a little closer to home than our usual spot in Newport and they have room service, which we love.
The room service menu is extremely limited, which we didn't realize until we were there.
Such a mixed bag of service quality... some employees were wonderful, others, not so much. The older woman (thin, white, probably 60's or 70's) at Provisions was the worst (the second food service area). She was extremely rude to my girlfriend on three occasions, once when simply politely enquiring about coffee early in the morning after her workout, the woman snapped at her that she could get coffee in the lobby.
On the morning we checked out, I ordered eggs Benedict as I had each morning before, around the same time and was told that they can only do scrambled eggs. No explanation given. What a load of B.S. Seriously telling me you can't even do over medium? We left and went somewhere else, being completely disenchanted with the whole experience by the end. We were never rude to anyone, we were unfailingly polite, but this woman looked at my girlfriend like she was a piece of dog leavings on her shoe every single time she saw her, her whole demeanor shifted, and the only reason I can think of is that she's not white like the vast majority of the other guests.
The Attic was great on our first night, so much so we came back on the second and ordered the same things. They brought my appetizer ($30 scallops) and my tender loin steak to me cold after a long wait and the steak was overcooked... this was a $140 meal, warm and cooked to desired doneness is a pretty low bar. Our pervious night was about 45min, in and out, second night was just over 2hrs. They were not terribly busy.
The hotel is nice, but no sinks in the room aside from the bathroom and you can hear everything, from the 101 and your neighbors. It's loud and hard to sleep. You can hear every person that uses the stairs.
All in all, it was a nice enough place (but seriously not 4 stars, I've stayed at much nicer 3 stars) with some of the worst service. We won't be coming back next year, our spot in Newport treated us better.

very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and the addict lounge. When we entered our room, there was bugs on the windowsill. The coffee machine was corroded and dirty, as well as there was popcorn on the floor that was not ours, and the balcony was filthy. When we ate at the addict lounge, we sat outside and there balcony and there was cobwebs all over the wiring on the railing. They were literally next to the tables. I will say that the service was excellent and the food is very good. I have to take my hat off to Michael the concierge’. I spoke to the manager and she just made excuses, but he understood the situation and took care of us..

We stay there on the way from California up
The Oregon coast. The room and facilities are nice. They allowed dogs which was nice for us since we were traveling with her doodle. A couple complaints. They asked us if we wanted Housekeeping and we said yes and all they did was drop off towels. they didn’t empty the trash or take the old towels. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. Neither did Internet the whole time although they say they have free Wi-Fi. It did not work. I went to the hot tub and pool and it was filled with numerous little children who didn’t even stay at the hotel they were visiting The hot tub had lots of children under five swimming around, and there was no one there to supervise, even though it’s, they said no one in the hot tub under 14 the people in the hot tub didn’t wanna turn on the Jets cause they said they were too noisy for their children. I was unable to use the spa facilities since they had no treatments available and they would not let me use the facilities without a treatment. It’s too bad cause it’s a really nice facility. They just had some problems with service.

We were only there for one night but made the most out of it. Great amenities and ambiance.

We only went to the Spa. It was dreamy. Beautiful mid century modern facility with a great view of Siletz Bay. The number of guests is limited to a small number, so the hot tub, sauna, and quiet lounge are never crowded. Our 90 minute massages were absolutely wonderful and relaxing.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was old and poorly maintained — dirty windows, a cracked sink, and overall very austere. Breakfast was basic, with coffee served from large canisters and a very limited menu. The restaurant veranda was covered in bird droppings, which ruined the atmosphere. While the views and sports facilities were decent, the overall cleanliness and comfort were unacceptable. Everything felt very old. We even decided to leave a day early and not stay the final night. First and last visit.

First of all there were a ton of bugs in our room.
Second of all, they charge you a $40 amenities fee for literally nothing after you show up and they take your credit card info. They do disclose this in extremely buried info on their Airbnb listing- which through my understanding isn't even allowed.
Finally, there is literally a golf cart path running 3 ft outside of the deck. For $315 a night, this was all ridiculous. If you're visiting Oregon, do yourself a favor and just drive to the next place.

What a super cute little lodge. They have saunas at the pool, which is a game changer for me! Rooms are fine. Restaurant is really nice.

What a letdown, especially considering the expensive price. Looking to splurge and enjoy a night at the coast, we arrived at our room and were met with a strong, unpleasant and musty odor. It was so bad, coupled with the fact our room was in no way similar to photos on the website, we decided to pack up and leave. Didn’t feel a need to cause a fuss even though it was such a letdown, but then was disappointed to receive yet another charge for an “amenity fee” the following day, when the property was so unpleasant that we hadn’t even stayed.
