“I will make my rating higher as they have been a lot better about delivering stuff. Yes, the people are fantastic and very nice, and just doing their jobs, but having lived in more urban areas, they leave more to be desired. FYI, it's not asking for special treatment when you are forced to have a PO Box because they literally do not deliver ANY MAIL to our house, AND you pay the larger fee for next day delivery. If I'm paying for next day that's because it's super important it's in my hands the next day, not just "ready for pickup" on a Saturday when they're closed. Since then, I've left next day shipping around the weekends to the other guys that actually come up to our house”
