I wish I could say I loved this place because I have been here for years. But SOME of the people that are working here have been rude. There hasn't been a successful experience with packages I order. They have LOST everything I order and my packages stay there even though the tracking says "delivered" if this happened just one or 2 times I understand. But this is constant. I even had a cellphone that was signed for by an employee and tracking said delivered go missing. Since it was signed for by an employee I was going to have to buy another cellphone! I was fed up.. I mentioned to take them to small claims. After this they found my package less than a minute later. (This package stayed in their possession for a week!) I am very upset over this and it is truly unfortunate.... But as of now I will no longer have packages sent here. I will have them sent in Roseburg. I hope they get a better system set up. I used to love this place.

I shall update my original review. Things have gotten better in terms of parcel lockers since they added more and the new people at the counter are very nice. Yeah, people "gripe", but it says something when you've worked for usps before and still think some experiences are unacceptable, small town or not.

I will make my rating higher as they have been a lot better about delivering stuff. Yes, the people are fantastic and very nice, and just doing their jobs, but having lived in more urban areas, they leave more to be desired. FYI, it's not asking for special treatment when you are forced to have a PO Box because they literally do not deliver ANY MAIL to our house, AND you pay the larger fee for next day delivery. If I'm paying for next day that's because it's super important it's in my hands the next day, not just "ready for pickup" on a Saturday when they're closed. Since then, I've left next day shipping around the weekends to the other guys that actually come up to our house

Great people who have regulations they are required to follow, and who bend over backwards to help people who want to gripe because they don't get special treatment. Thanks for all you do!

The people are nice, generally, but I've had nothing but problems with my PO box and I have no choice because they won't deliver at all to our house. No point in paying for next day delivery because they won't put your stuff in the box or a locker and you'll have to wait until Monday anyways. Happens to me every time, what a waste of money.
