Every time I go in I'm always greeted by the pretty lady Cherie at the counter, along with the 2 Chris'. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful no matter the issue. I will absolutely bring all of my small motors to them!!! Thanks guys!

I had never been in this place before. In fact, I hate to admit that I've always thought, "Why bother?" The other day, I needed a piece of fuel line for my weedwacker, and I thought ok let's see what this place is all about. Wow, was I surprised when I went inside the shop. The place looked clean and organized, and I was greeted by a very friendly guy. I'm guessing he was the owner, but I didn't ask. He said he had been there for a long time, so I'm guessing that's who he was. Very helpful and really friendly. He had me set up with the fuel line in a few seconds, and then he said no charge on the 4 inches of hose. Great inventory of chainsaws and accessories. Also, there is a ton of other stuff. Looked like new and used equipment for pretty much everything around your house, whether you live in town or out in the middle of nowhere. I'll be back the next time I need anything for around the place. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fair. We have several Stihl dealers in our community but we will wait until we're in Gold Beach (9 hours away) to purchase chainsaws, weed-cutters or any other Stihl product at C&M. Thank You, so happy with the help and the 462!

I took my lawn mower in to be fixed because it kept dying a few seconds after I started it. They had quite the line of mowers to work on and told me it would probably be a month. I ended up getting it back in just two weeks. When I got it home I fired it up and it sounded way better than it ever used to. I decided to mow and ended up mowing for an hour through weeds, beach grass, and ice plant. Amazing! I feel like I got a brand new mower back! With a place like C&M in town, I know I can thrash my mower regularly!

Bought many items here over the years. Staff is very knowledgeable and offers great support and customer service. Only place I buy garden power equipment from.
