This was one of our family’s favorite stays ever for a vacation spot! We have two teenage boys and we booked them their own room next to our larger room. The fireplace, stocked kitchen, and river view deck with hot tub were so comfortable and spacious. Mike was very helpful and friendly. It was such a relaxing place to unwind during our outdoor adventure vacation.

This place was a beautiful surprise after not finding lodging in Gold Beach main area. It sits overlooking the Rogue River Delta and each room is lovingly maintained. You can tell it is well cared for. Clean and with good bedding and a well stocked kitchenette. It even has a hot tub for each room, which my partner and i spent a few hours sitting in and star gazing, followed by my best night's sleep in a long time. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is an absolute gem! Michael is so nice and the accommodations are wonderful! We stayed here with our 1 year old in the seahawk room and had the best time. The room was spacious and clean. The view and the sounds of the birds were so relaxing, not to mention the jacuzzi! Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and the unit was beautiful. Unfortunately, our toilet was plugged and with no one in the office, we had no use of our toilet, and no plunger. We had to also check out super early as we had no toilet. I sent email also with no reply. Spendy when all you can do is sleep and run and wish we had heard some reply to our complaint. Also, our room wasn’t charged on our card for over a week. Not sure what was up with that. Would try again.

Best place on our road trip! What a delight to find! Super clean, unsented rooms. The view from the hot tub is world class. My daughter did not want to leave! We stayed two nights, did the jet boat and the next day hung out at lobster creek. Host was very kind and helpful. Can't wait to return!

Michael used foul language and yelled at me, before even letting me finish my sentence. When I said I wanted to cancel my reservation, he hung up on me. Although we ultimately didn’t stay here, I would not recommend this place to anyone given my experience and other reviews written about Michael specifically.

Nice setting, would benefit from better housekeeping, general maintenance, and upkeep, therefore somewhat overpriced.

Funky, grandma style decorated room with a beautiful view of the rogue River, and aging hot tub. And very comfortable chairs. We loved it. You can watch the jet boats go by on the river while in the hot tub, and the full kitchen and living room make it a very comfortable place to stay. Nice people too.

Love, love, love this place!! Right on a bend on the Rogue River, but ya still get the ocean breeze and clean ocean air! You can sit out on your own deck, with a few having hot tubs, and watch the river otters, osprey catching their supper, foxes and sweet baby chipmunks come acalling!! The rooms are immaculate and kitchen well stocked! Nice big TV with plenty of channels, if that's important to you! The manager and staff are fantastic and very helpful !! Can't say enough about this place!! I'm definitely coming back!! ❤️?
