Some of the info that is on life and health insurance exam wasn't in this course for pennsylvania. They never return calls or emails according to where I live only o people in my state passed the exam wish I would have done more research.

Worst CE experience I have ever had and I am not even to module two yet. This is a first and last for me and this company. The deliverable is awful, tech doesn't function, and it is most assuredly not t your own pace. What a complete disappointment.

Get your completion certificate yourself and fax it to the state board. This company lazy and does not do it. Everytime I use this company they screw up. I am done, Not next year

I have been using At Your Pace for years, great company! This year there was a little hiccup on the reporting. My Plumbing Contractor license was due November 30th. I did the course I needed on the 6th of November and it was supposed to be reported on the 14th. Didn’t happen! Not sure why? So I called them back and they said that they resubmitted it. Well I waited until the 28th, still didn’t happen. I called back and Dan said that he would get it taken care of. I received multiple emails letting me know what was going on. Dan even called to tell me it was done. I really want to thank Dan for staying on top of it and getting it done!! I will definitely stay with At your pace online! Thanks to Dan!!

I wish I would have read the lesser reviews before choosing this company. I flew through my 60 hour course and when my certificate was issued, 1 digit of my SSN was incorrect....this was probably my mistake - HOWEVER - it has been 4 days of emails and phone calls begging for someone to take 5 seconds to correct the SSN and reissue the cert. My license approval is being held up over a TYPO and the Customer Service has just been awful. If you don't need Customer Service everything else was fine

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. AS OF TODAY, 10/16/23, AYPO HAS STILL NOT REPORTED MY CE CREDITS TO THE STATE.I paid an additional fee for guaranteed Next Business Day Reporting on Thursday 10/05/2023. The website states, "Your course completion will be reported to the state within the next business day or sooner." Today is Tuesday 10/10/2023 and my credits have still not been reported to the state. I emailed At Your Own Pace twice and have not received a response. Due to my credits not being reported in the timeframe stated (that I paid an additional fee for) my licensing has lapsed. I find this to be quite a deceitful business practice, offering expedited results for more money, but not following through. I should be refunded since the service was not provided. Total false advertising.

You answered all questions very pleasantly and professionally. You called us promptly when I left a voice mail. You are a great asset to At Your Own Pace. I changed my mind and canceled the classes on 04/20 it is now 06/01 and I have still not received a refund! I have reached out SEVERAL times! I have been told it will be processed within a few days MULTIPLE times!

I'm doing my CE for SC Insurance -- and I've used this course several times. This year (2023) seems something has changed. It is taking way too long to get thru these modules. I'm at 6 hours so far and just 50% through the second module ( and I have 17 more to go), which is ethics. And I know I've been sitting here almost 3 hours for ethics which is all it should take -- but just half way through? The slides are several minutes long in some cases and I cannot stay focused while having to wait for the next slide to appear. Just consider this before buying.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM, ACCIDENTLY HIT PURCHASE PROCTOR AND THEY IMMEDIATLY CHARGED ME WITH OUT ASKING FOR PAYMENT INFO AGAIN. NOW MY LICENSE EXPIRED BECUASE IT TAKES THIS COMPANY 5 DAYS TO PROCESS CANCELLATION. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF AND THE REP WAS NO HELP EITHER. NOW IM STUCK WAITING OR NEED TO GO SOMEWHER ELSE AS I CANT HELP MY CLIENT UNTIL I GET CERT WHICH IS LIKE PULLING TEETH.
