I called and got hold of a gentleman that was helping me but got disconnected. I've called back at least 10 times and no one will answer now . I mailed my friend a Christmas present.... the tracking number says it's there. However, they cannot find the package.... I guess it disappeared somehow....???

Too many times the tracking has said the package is out for delivery when it is really on the way to Nevada.

The post office workers helped me get my packages within 2 days that I accidentally had sent to the wrong address. I appreciate the help and prompt service very much ! Always super friendly :)

They never deliver my packages on time, but fed ex, ups never late! My books were shoved and smashed in my mailbox. When I moved in they wouldn’t drop the packages even outside my gate on my driveway because theres a dog inside the fence.......inside . I have never had any issues with usps like this anywhere else, my last guy would put them behind my gate and hide them for me he was a sweetie . This branch is awful. They don’t know what kindness or costumer service is.

Terrible, lazy service. Did not deliver my packages because they said "mailbox full, unable to deliver". The delivery was my dog food (Two 30 pound bags and a 15 pound bag) along with my monthly household supplies. They are always delivered to my porch and there is not a mailbox on the planet large enough that you could deliver what has to be at least 5 large boxes to. I did not even receive a notification in the mailbox that I had packages to pick up. I only saw when I went to Amazon to track my order because my dog food was low. No wonder the USPS is going down. I live out in the county, work 12 hour days with a 45 minute commute, now have to try and track down my packages. I would give a zero star if possible.

This post office has the rudest women working there.. never helpful and I feel if I ask it will be met with rolling eyes and condescending answers. I appreciate the gentleman that works there he is kind and always helpful. A smile would be appreciated..

I have never been to any establishment with such poor customer service and/or lack of willingness to help. The three ladies working there were rude, unhelpful and liars. If you are that unhappy with your job you should look for employment elsewhere. None of you should be allowed to interact with the public. You were rude to the two ladies in front of me as well. It’s a shame you choose to treat people in the community you serve with such displeasure and no respect.

Horrible, rude, miserable employees. Refuses to deliver my mail because I don't chain my dog to a tree. Dog is always put inside when the mail is being delivered, but they'll find any excuse to not have to drive down the long dirt driveway to do their job and deliver packages.

Ordered a package the mail person drove down my driveway honked never stopped i had to try to chase them down and they just drove away then i called them and requested that they resend it the next day and they said ok but did not send the package back...essentially theft

Mail person is too lazy to ever deliver my packages to my house , didn’t even leave a slip this time today had to find out through amazon . They left a slip yesterday , though they never came to my house and tried to deliver the package , called and was told to come in close to 5 when they close at 4:30 . Went today to the post office to get the ones I missed yesterday and was told they don’t know where my packages are.
