I should have never moved from Walgreens. This place is a joke! They told me that the doctor made a mistake on the instructions (coding i would think). Told me to call the dr. Office and tell them to recode it. They did so. Still no prescription there the next day. Said their supplier didnt have any. Well one would think they would give me a at least a curtesy call and let me know. Nope, they did not. When i called again three days later still no product. Ill be going back to Walgreens .

Was charged for a prescription that was called in to cancel…. On the second return to receive the correct one it STILL was not ready after 2 hours when I was told 45 minutes…..was denied refund $ for the first and WRONG prescription and charged AGAIN …. Very much a hassle and screw-up at that locality….

I was just at the pharmacy and was told to shut up and listen regarding my prescription. This is a new prescription for insulin for my wife. It is 5 miles one way to pickup these prescriptions. The first attempt to pickup the prescription the pharmacy indicated the doctor requested 3 pens of long acting insulin but they only come in 5 pens. We called the doctors office and they called us back to inform us it was corrected. So I made the 10 mile round trip again to pick it up. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told that the prescription was wrong again. And I sighed and said we went through this yesterday. The tech then told me to shut-up and he would explain to me what happened. The doctors office coded it wrong and now it showed the wrong type of insulin. And that I would have to call the doctor to get it corrected. I have no control over this order process. Why the pharmacy tech couldn't pickup the phone and call the doctor (I work in healthcare I know they can do this) is beyond me. Instead I have to drive 10 miles round trip and wait days for a prescription. I guess I understand why Savon only has 2.4 stars here in Grants Pass. I am switching pharmacies today.

The staff has usually been pretty friendly when I go, but there always seems to be some sort of an issue EVERY MONTH I go get my prescriptions filled! Also, when I call they hardly answer the phone, if they do answer they hang up without saying anything. When I've tried calling right back they turn their phone lines off! They definitely need to hire more people, and preferably people that'll do their job correctly!

The technicians and clerks all need retraining. Especially in customer service. I understand sometimes errors can be made however they do not take responsibility and blames the customer. Very rude, unfriendly, bad attitudes and they lie to your face. They do not communicate to the customer when the med is unavailable. They just cancel the fill without notification. They’ll tell you we will fill it when it’s available but they don’t. They all seem unhappy and unwilling to help. Never been to a pharmacy so lacking in empathy.

Dropped the ball multiple times. When pressed for an explanation the person on the phone was noticeably upset with me. No concern about the fact that my medicine is 10 days overdue and if I hadn't pressed them, I'd never get my prescription. Horrible service.

Its a 50/50 if there is a long weight. But they have always had what I need when I get there. But I also call before I head in to make sure. My phone calls have always been answered. If they don't have it they order it. If insurgent cover it they have explained to me why and what I can do. Very great service and friendly people

The pharmacy staff has zero customer service skills. You’d think people working in a healthcare provider role would be more compassionate, these people are hardly competent.

If you need your medication on any sort consistent schedule, RUN, don't walk, away from this pharmacy. I'm shocked that this place is allowed to stay open. I would give zero stars if I could.

Yall are bozos on god I called twice, and the guy picked up and immediately hung up both times, then I got an aggressive voicemail from some woman telling me to get my prescription, then I get to the store and wait in line for like 20 minutes then the goofy looking mf puts up a sign that says closed due to staffing. Absolutely flabbergasted. I'd rather get my meds from the toilet after I poop it out the next day.

The people at work at this pharmacy are very rude especially when you try to be nice and just talk to them and trying to figure out your medications for my epilepsy :(

This pharmacist is so nasty and disrespectful that I transferred my 9 prescriptions to Walmart where they treat you with polite manners and never say “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” (exact quote from the pharmacist) I met several other people at Walmart that said they left the SavOn pharmacy because they were treated badly by the staff!

This pharmacy line is sooo long EVERY single time I have to come here. This pharmacy is the worst ? so slow not very friendly , and most the time have one person behind the desk helping customers with multiple others walking around in the back. I've gone here for years but this place has just gotten unbearable . I'm looking into switching .

Picked up meds for a friend who has pneumonia. The doctor ordered 4 meds. They sent me home with only 3. Went back thenext day to pick up missing RX. They were closing for lunch. It wasn't even 1:30 yet. I told her how sick he was and that it was their screw-up. She just said WE'RE CLOSED. Won't be shopping there anymore
