Very poor customer service. My brother got in an accident. The police had called a tow company before my brother got a hold of my insurance company for a tow. The guy was rude pointed to his truck and said call this number to pay. I told him I’m not paying anything I’m on the phone with my tow company that would be paid for, before I could sign and finish my call with the insurance and before talking to his “manager” some lady. They had already hooked up my brothers car and said there would be a hook up fee. They wanted to tow it from redwood hwy to my house off of cloverlawn for $650. I told them they weren’t legally allowed to hook up to my car without my permission. Super rude and told me I was in the wrong. And told it anyways.

Towing Truck driver was super nice. He had reasonable rates on used vehicles too.

I think they go out of there way to help anyone. I use there service a few times. And they were professional and friendly. I have to comment that. If you don't report to DMV notice of sale after your car leaves your hands. Your lazy. Everyone knows to. Go on DMV to you and file a notice of sale. It's even on the back of the registration page. Those people are just trying to survive in a world of lazy law breaking drug and alcohol users. Or shouldn't be behind the wheel. If you lose your car. They have to auction it for there loss. From your wrong doing. They didn't ask you to be a bad person nor to come in there lives. You chose to get in the car drunk. Shame on you. God bless all star 24 hour towing for your help with our lower class ignorant people and there fowl behavior practice. And garbage you probably have to clean up from them.

I had a wonderful experience with them, they got my car towed in a very reasonable amount of time , the guy who did the tow was super sweet and answered all questions I had.. even jumped my car for me to get it to start... was super patient through the whole thing, would go through them again.Service: Car towing

They towed my truck after giving me a citation before they were supposed to. Wrote citation on a Monday to move or will be towed. Say it was May 1,2022 @ 2300hrs. They were giving me until0 Friday to move it or lose. But they towed it on Wednesday instead. I was explained that it was a mistake for citation to be on my Truck this is why they towed it. My problem is that they had 2 day's to fix that ticket Before they towed it and Did nothing to remove it. So why am I being charged $410.00 to a 1 day tow? They should have never towed it !!! I lost my Dodge ram 4x4 1500 5.2ltr. truck with an 8 in lift in it because of their mistake. I'm not very happy with them.
