“Integrity displayed as extraordinary customer service. Washing machine wouldn't start. Made appt. Not to much later they called back to explain what was probably going on with machine in order that I may have all the info before the tech came out and we spent a lot of money on an older machine. We canceled the appt, but will definitely call them again if needed because they just didn't come out and charge me to fix it when the fix it cost was going to be the same as a new machine. Giving me all the info to make a good decision showed true integrity. ?”

When Ben Stuby transferred to manage Roseberg, it broke our hearts and we miss him dearly. But Grants Pass got a new manager who truly dedicates her time with ease and is super to work with as well. “I go to Home Depot quite often. It's hard to find things there but there is always an employee running around to ask. Some prices are good and some are bad but you'll find that everywhere these days. It's a good store with friendly people. I can't complain.”
