Horrible experience. I've been an ATT and direct tv customer for 8 years. After a data breach, I've had difficulty in paying my bill over the phone which was a simple process. It seems they no longer keep cards on file and will only allow you to use a card if you speak with someone for an additional fee. On line payment options ask for information I don't have. So I decided to go to this store to pay my bill. I arrived when they opened and and requested to pay my bill. I was informed that they didn't have a manager and they needed a code to process my payment. I was told to call ATT to pay. I explained that I tried the other methods and needed them to assist me. I said I'll go to the car and get my phone and you'll sit here and assist me in taking care of this. He said there was nothing he could do. I became perturbed and calmly said I'm not leaving this store until my F ing bill is paid. Another associate said something to the effect that he would not tolerate profanity towards his co worker and told me to leave the store and never come back. This all could have been avoided with some good old fashioned customer service. I mean really, I just wanted to pay my bill. I just needed some assistance to do so. I left and sat in my car in the parking lot for over an hour on the phone with ATT and a customer service representative that barely spoke English. I decided to pay my balance, all of the remaining installments on my equipment, everything. I'm done with this company. I left and headed to the local spectrum store. I'm happy to say that was an awesome experience. I will now have TV, mobile phones, a landline, plus internet for half of what ATT charged me with no internet or landline. Best move ever. Thanks ATT for saving me over 200.00 a month and getting internet in my home by simply being complete A holes to me. Hats off to you.

I went in a few weeks ago and over heard the employee bragging about sticking some other customer with a bill they can't afford and how it's not the employees problem. After hearing the conversation I decided to leave att for US Cellular and am much happier with the customer service.

Terrible location Bret lied to us and ruined our bill to be 3x more then what we were spending. These store should be avoided at all costs. I got a much better deal at spectrum.

Incompetent staff. Would not try to fix a problem. Told us falsehoods about corporate policy. We went to the store in Medford, problem solved at no charge.

There is a fella named Kyle that works there that is the absolute best cell phone dude I've ever dealt with! Knows his stuff, super friendly, and just great. He made the experience changing from verizon perfect and had us out of there and in time for a boat trip. 30 minutes and he has all my devices switched and saved me money!

Salesman was nice but I was told they do not help transfer data to my new phone because I didn’t buy it there. I have an AT&T account! So much for customer service. Switching carriers now.

I was helped by a very kind man named Seth. I have had many AT&T experiences before, and he made this one the best I’ve had. He was very helpful, funny, patient, quick, and just an all around good guy.

Brett the store manager took our old phones as trade in for new ones while telling us we were doing next up upgrades. I am now paying for my old phones which I do not have and can't get back along with service on those phones. Plus two new phones. Att has not been any help in getting this resolved. But you know he made more commission off it so what do they care right? I can't even end my service with them because it will affect my credit. Seems like AT&T supports stealing from their customers.
