The room was clean and organized. Although the location is busy and a bit noisy, we slept pretty good.

Had a great breakfast close to the freeway and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Pool and spa were clean. Think that would be only negative is pool location. Will use again when I go back to visit family again.

I won't put a dime of tax money into the coffers of Grant's Pass again. The city is anti-homeless to the point it went to the Supreme Court to defend its right to be inhumane. My family stayed at Best Western in GP for decades as we went up and down I-5, it was the only place we ever stayed on our trips because it was the halfway point. Sad to say I'll have to find a different BW to stay in. Sorry, but this location could not be any worse these days.

We have stayed here before and it was nice and quiet then. This time we were placed on the other side of hotel and it was noisy from the highway. As rewards members we usually get thanked and acknowledged and supplied a couple of waters neither of these happened this time. We will stay again but I hope this was a one off situation.

Nice clean, quiet, place. Hot tub was excellent after a long drive. Beds were comfortable. All in all Great Stay! Beautiful sunsets.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful and courteous service that made my experience even better. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of convenient spaces available. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and satisfying, with a great variety to start the day right. For a motel, this place exceeded all expectations, delivering everything you could want and more. Highly recommend!

Manager was disrespectful and charged outside the agreed rate. Illegal business being conducted on the premise. Will no longer be doing business at this specific location for security reasons.

Waited 15 minutes to check in. The free breakfast was hot and they made sure all food was stocked. The room carpet was stained, hair on bathroom floor and bedding was stained. Overall I'd probably not stay at this location in the future.

Excellent customer service from all staff! Very pleasant ladies assisting at breakfast, front desk attendants were very accomodating! Room was clean but the carpet could use a shampooing. Otherwise it was a decent room. Pool was great and kids loved it. Only downside was the pool was taken over saturday by a large group of drinking adults that were also drinking in the pool, spilling their beers in the pool. They took up all the tables for several hours. It would have been nice if staff had enforced the rules so the kids could all swim and have a place to eat. At one point the pool attendant came out and said something but didn't never follow through.

Great food! Only stopped over for the night but was impressed with real eggs for breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. Didn’t have a chance to check out the pool but from what I saw it looked clean and nice.

Rooms are clean. I would avoid getting a room in the main hallway or near the stairwell since it sounds like a herd of elephants every time a group of children run up and down the hallway to go to breakfast or their room. The stairs are quite noisy at meal times as are the hallways. It would be nice if this were better monitored by the staff and parents. Certain behavior is inappropriate for indoors early morning or late at night
