I went here today to get a storage unit and when I arrived they had an out for lunch sign. I waited until the signed said they woukd be back in and entered the office. I waited another 10 minutes or so and 2 men came in and looked at me like I was crazy. They asked how I got in , I said the front door abd then they proceeded to say off thats not good, there's money sitting around. I said we'll good thing it was just me, abd he said we'll I dont know you, implying that I stole from them. Then when I said I ned a minute they laughed at me
This interaction rubbed me the wrong way. They were totally rude to me abd implying that I would steal from there business. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Had an excellent experience here! Super friendly! They offer great pricing on Units as well as have a great selection of Uhaul Rentals! Was a seamless process.

Not a bad self-storage place. Only complaint is that the rows are a little narrow. Big trucks might have some trouble.

Worst customer service experience I've had in my life. Needlessly wasted my time. Implied that I was stealing from them when I went above and beyond to protect their equipment. Giving these people your business will leave you feeling insulted.

I take and pick up uhaul trucks from this facility, and it is very professionally run with a secure gated area, with a top notch staff to assist a customers every needs.

Rented my first storage in 2014 along with the Awesome staff the unit was clean always clear driveway and price was Great!! Now its 2020 and ive got a unit and my husband has had his since 2015. Except for closing at 5pm in the winter(which i understand just dont like it?)I have nothing but good things to say.. Thank You Guys for your Professionalism ??

They will tell you there sensing the deposit in the mail, an they never due it! Then when you call they have a million reasons why.
