When I first moved to Grants Pass two years ago I took my Jeep to one of the well known shops who specialize in oil changes. Not anymore. We own a business and work with John and Gage weekly. Have for a few years now. They are amazing at this dealership. Always ready to help and do whatever they can for you. I trust these guys so much that I recommend them to everyone when they ask for a dealership for cars. I also sent my father in law there 2 years ago and he bought a nice Toyota from them and has loved working with these guys. Love these guys they are great.

Worked with Gage on a bike and cannot say enough how much I enjoyed the experience. Met with their mechanic and felt comfortable with the the way they do business. A handshake held the deal until financing came through. Gage called me to let me know what was going with the bank so I would not worry. Thank you again!

So started my deal 3/2/25 gage was super uncommunicative. Took 3 days to even get pre approval. Mind you I’ve sold cars. I get it happens. By 3/6/25 I had called and left a message Explaining I felt I was being blown off which was completely understandable considering I never got called back or any communication.
Come 3/8/25 we had complete approval. Drove 2.5 hours to finally get the car I wanted.
On the test drive found out the stereo didn’t work oh well.
While I was in the bath room my girlfriend was talking to him about dropping the price a little bit and his response was I don’t have to do that (which is correct and totally fine) then proceeded to say because of the way I talked to him on the phone which wasn’t in any way other may explaining why I felt blown off. But he didn’t have the professionalism to communicate that to the man of the deal not his girlfriend. So I called him out on it and he got all huffy puffy. Then decided he didn’t want to fill the tank. Which is petty considering the distance we came for the car and the little issues it has which were not disclosed. He also claimed to be the owner of the business which I realized he is not. His dad is the owner. So to me and the whole situation he’s an entitled child trying to fill daddy’s shoes.

About a year back we came in to look at trucks. We needed to upgrade for towing, I tapped my sweetheart and said oh look honey we should get the Denali!! Knowing we had no chance. We left with the Denali at a price we could afford and an amazing maintenance package! Amazing people, not pushy and stand by their product.

It just seems that they are judging I felt a belittled. I was told the car I wanted was to much car for me I do not know if that was meant by price or responsibility? 4 cylinder hope not size. Was offered a car that was less desirable though but was not what I was looking for.

If you need someone to work with you, these guys seriously will work with you. I lost my employment shortly after financing through them due to the Pandemic. They were more then reasonable about working with me until I was able to get back on track. Theres not too many places left these days that will even bother to hear you out, let alone work with you. Cant say enough good things about this place. Definitely should start here in your car shopping quest.

Jon went above & beyond to find me the PERFECT vehicle!! In addition when a hitch & brake control was installed improperly by another company causing the whole computer system to go haywire, Jon took it upon himself to have it corrected which he was not obligated to do. Not having ever owned a vehicle with all the bells & whistles this one has I have made several frantic calls to Jon & his son Gage, which they respond to pleasantly & immediately.I highly recommend Jon & Gage for a great car buying experience!
