We tried to get our fur baby an appointment here and the lady we spoke with was vert rude, my husband is Hispanic and she talked to him like he doesn't understand English... RUDE and not to mention when she found out what breed our fur baby was she acted as though we were offending her!!!!! People like this shouldn't work with the public and if she doesn't want to do business with Hispanic people or care for a certain breed of dog then she shouldn't be open to the public!!!!!
