When I broke down on the freeway (with passengers that required attention) I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed with getting everything sorted. But when Bill picked up the phone, his chipper, helpful tone really calmed me down. Then Eric was the very congenial fellow that got the car, gave us a ride, and gave us very good advice on our next steps. He really knew what he was doing. I didn’t think I’d have a pleasant towing experience but I really did. Thank you, Caveman Towing.

Driving a Semi has its days, some are ups, and some are downs. Today turned out to be a down. After an hour of starting my day, cresting Grant's Pass, I heard a pop, and then the Coolant light came on the dash. Finding a safe location to check the issue, finding what appeared to me to be a popped radiator, I called my Rd Service team, and it was determined definitely getting towed to Peterbilt. CAVEMAN TOWING to the rescue!!! Jeff had the truck hooked up quicker than I had figured (with other experience getting towed) and got me and my truck to the peterbilt. Jeff was a very nice, respectful, and courteous gentleman. He was also a safe driver!! If I ever was back in the area and the truck brakes down, I would hope my Rd Service team uses these guys again.
Also, Thank You Jeff for the suggested route on getting out of Oregon with all these wildfires.

I recently just moved to Grants Pass and unfortunately I was t having a good night I had locked my keys in the car. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that was able to unlock my car but thank you so much!!! You truly was an amazing person. I highly recommend Caveman Towing!!!

Caveman to the rescue. Picked up our rig, and was very helpful with fixing our problem. Towed us to the parts store and let wife and dogs stay in air conditioned cab of his truck. Thanks Jeff!

The driver who picked us up got there pretty quickly and on time, and drove us to the mechanic we needed to get to. He also waited a good 15-20 minutes just to make sure we were able to get a ride, and ended up driving us to our hotel since Lyft didn’t have any available drivers. Thank you Caveman towing!!! If I ever break down in Grants Pass again I will be sure to call here first.

On March 28, 2024 I called Caveman Towing and spoke to Rick, about having my Car towed from my Home to Star Automotive on April 4, 2024. He told me my Car will be towed on April 4, 2024 at about 10:00 AM. I waited until after 1:00 PM on April 4, 2024, and called Caveman Towing because no one had come to tow my Car. Rick told me my Car was not on the schedule to be towed, he did not apologize, and in my opinion was rude. In my opinion if this is the kind of customer service you get before a vehicle is towed, then I can not imagine what it will be like after it is towed.

There should be more than 5 stars. Today our vehicle broke down in Grants Pass, and literally within minutes of calling, Butch arrived. He got our vehicle home safely and my husband stated he was probably the most polite and professional driver he's ever had the pleasure of meeting. It started snowing here, and I was relieved to hear them coming up the driveway. Top notch service, top notch driver, would recommend you first to anyone in need to not only a 5 star towing service, but your rates are very affordable. Thank you! You put this little Aussie's fears to rest :)

I am so fortunate that I called caveman towing! Butch which was so awesome! I was stuck on the I-5 with two horses in the trailer on my way home from OSU (horse with cancer needing chemo treatment). Butch was awesome!! He was so kind to me and my horses! His calming demeanour was so great in a stressful situation. I’m so thankful for Butch! He saved the day for us!!!!
