Jerry had the tire that I needed and when I realized I needed a second one he mounted and balanced both tires on my wheels and installed them for a discount. Great customer service and very helpful! Will definitely go back and recommend him.

This is a late post but it needs to be shared. Jerry stayed late to change a tire on an E150 van not an easy job. The day after Thanksgiving and my family was going to drive South to Sacramento. Not only did he stay late and fix the tire, he apologized for taking so long! Can you imagine? 5 stars for this shop and Jerry!

Jerry @ Complete Auto & Tire (at 1499 Rouge River Hwy Grants Pass, OR 97527) sold, installed, and balanced two tires for me for only $90 today. It took him less than 30 min. Tell him Jessica in the Kia sent you for discounts for us both. The estimates I was getting locally in Roseburg were over $250 from Costco Tire Center and Les Schwab (where I have credit accounts). A drive an hr south was way worth it for me and my low income family, so I wanted to share this info with others. Thanks for reading.

Call in am about getting a flat a flat tire fixed on my RV they said no problem. Well I pull up he flat out said no way and know where to change it at,I said that I'd already called him he told me that he would of done it if I had already took off the tire,what? How am I suppose to do that I'm a woman with now jack or experience doing that at that point he walks away I start crying he says he can sell me a Tire and go somewhere else to have it mounted. I bought a 40$ tire and left.will never go back to this place.
The man is rude and not very helpful!

Been taking all of my vehicles to Mark for the last fifteen years.
He is beyond honest, his work is excellent, and his labor pricing is more than fair.
I highly recommend him, his honesty and quality of work are superior to the others in our city!

I was really happy with the service and price to get tires installed on my car. I bought them online and Les Schwab wouldn't put them on for me so I shopped around and they were the least expensive and they didn't try to keep my tires (like Les Schwab does). The guy working there mounted and balanced all 4 tires on less than an hour in 95° heat and only charged me $76. That's a lot less than other places and they were super friendly and they had a comfortable air conditioned place for me to wait. I will definitely go back to them when I need my brakes done.

It's a small shop the very friendly and quick to help and sometimes he has a cute little dog which I like to bring him snacks. Good place to go if you need some work done, recommended by Minnie and myself, off the beaten path a little bit that still in town
