When I sold the vehicle and needed a lien release, I called and fortunately got Brandon Bradley to assist me. My expectation was waiting days or a week to process and mail to me. Oh was I wrong! Brandon did some leg work, called me back immediately, and ended up emailing it to me. All of this happened in an hour….Massive KUDOS to Brandon!! I Appreciate you!!”

“I was having some issues with PayPal trying to charge my bank account multiple times for a payment that had already been paid and I was frustrated to tears, but Heather from the Eugene office got on the phone and was so kind and understanding. She helped me with stopping the payment so it didn't happen again, gave me options going forward to stop that from happening and sent me forms through email to help me out. Her and I were disconnected and knowing how upset I was already she called me back to finish what we were doing instead of just letting it go and making me call back in and having to start all over with another representative. “I have been a member for over a decade, they have decent rates on auto loans and C.C. But I recently had my credit card limit raised and my interest rate when up even though my credit was better than the initial set up, hmmm... I was told they have new rates now? But seems like the original terms should be honored since this wasn't a new card. Slow at times, but the app is good and i'm content staying here for now.”
