“Awesome credit union, but the facility on 7th street, which is probably the original in Grants Pass Google Maps has it listed as open on Saturday. This branch is NOT open on saturdays , only the drive through ATMs there are 2 other Rogue Credit Union facilities open on Saturdays in Grants Pass 🎉”

“I was having some issues with PayPal trying to charge my bank account multiple times for a payment that had already been paid and I was frustrated to tears, but Heather from the Eugene office got on the phone and was so kind and understanding. She helped me with stopping the payment so it didn't happen again, gave me options going forward to stop that from happening and sent me forms through email to help me out.
