I miss ride aid. This place sucks now half the time they don't care your medication. Was told to come back in a hour to pick mine up and they were closed. Horrible customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They don't have the experience to process a prescription sent in by a doctor for workmans comp. If I had gone to Walmart I would have gotten better service.

Only one lady was nice here at the pharmacy. Everyone else very rude and not willing to help at the pharmacy.

This used to be Rite Aid. When CVS bought them out I was hoping for better service. Unfortunately, the service may be a little worse. The new options with the app don't work as well. The option to scan a barcode and get your medication faster has not worked at all any of the times I've tried it.

They have been very helpful with my prescriptions and the change from Rite Aid. Staff was helpful when entering the store.

Most everyone working here has been very kind and doing their best given the newness of the store and having to deal with a bunch of new people and a new system that the rite aid workers had to learn after being used to the old system. Its been great seeing the old pharmacy hand people from rite aid getting to keep their jobs. Brenda is especially amazing and super fun and kind. She clearly cares about people and makes my mum and I feel very welcome when she's there (she had open heart surgery recently so she hasn't been working for a while, but I hope we see her again
PS: I want to remind everyone that hundreds possibly thousands of people were transferred to the CVS in Grants Pass and there's only one. Everyone that was working pharmacy at rite aid in town had to learn a completely new system and one of the kindest and adept workers recently underwent open heart surgery and is (possibly still) recovering. They're all doing their best. If you don't like having to wait for them to get everything on track, go to Walmart or Fred Meyer.
Stop acting like bratty children and go somewhere else if you lack the obvious patience to get your meds here. Grow up
To the lovely staff, keep up the amazing job. Don't let these baby customers get you down!

Said my medicine was not there. They could not find me in their system. But here I am, getting calls to pick my medication up. They also are saying you need a CVS account to find you. This place is terrible and the workers are not even trying to help either

This place is a joke, I ordered a refill of my medication three days in advance and have been waiting 4 going on 5 days for it. I can't seem to be able to actually talk to anyone due to their call system and am currently having withdrawal effects from not having my medicine and no time frame given, just that it is delayed. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.
