I've never had a bad experience! I mostly buy cabochons and they always come as described, and shipping is fast. They have a great selection. I heard it can be difficult to return items but I haven't had to so far.

I love ur boss bead bags.i got them on sale this time so i was grateful fof that.but with all the gemstones and other great things in those bags the $9.00 and some cents price is also a great deal!
