I had a car loan through First Community that I paid off. I’ve had a Wonderful experience through the years with the staff. When I sold the vehicle and needed a lien release, I called and fortunately got Brandon Bradley to assist me. My expectation was waiting days or a week to process and mail to me. Oh was I wrong! Brandon did some leg work, called me back immediately, and ended up emailing it to me. All of this happened in an hour….Massive KUDOS to Brandon!! I Appreciate you!!

The Harbeak branch is the best!! Only one we like to go to as they're always quick to assist, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. If by some slight chance you do stump them with a question, you won't leave without the information you need!

After a stressful week, I realized I had some issues going on with my account. All of them ended up being my doing. Ashley and customer service was more than helpful! Help me figured it out and got it all handled. Seriously made my day and weekend! I’ve been a customer for 16 years and don’t plan on going anywhere!

The employees were quite helpful. I was confused about charges on my credit card. Debra and her coworkers helped me close out an account I didn't realize was still active and clear up all my questions. I totally recommend this bank. Thank you ladies!!

Where do I start! I have been a member of First Community Credit Union for several years now. Although I have the option of using both branches, my go to branch is the Harbeck location. Whether it's been for car loans, a home equity line of credit, or opening several checking and savings accounts for myself and my family members, EVERY experience that I have had with them has been a positive one! From the moment you step inside the lobby and make your way towards the tellers, you are greeted with a "welcome in" along with genuine smiles from each of the tellers. They are all quite adept at what they do. I have multiple accounts and they never get flustered or make me feel like I'm bothering them with my questions. They are more than happy to do what is asked, and every transaction ends with an even warmer smile and a thank you. Brittany, Brandon, and the other loan officers are experts in handling any type of question or need that you may have. I know that the branch is under new management recently, and you can just tell by the overall vibe of the branch that the employees enjoy working there and really love what they do. I've been to a lot of different banks since arriving in GP back in 1999, and I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else. Thank you!

Yes thank you i'd like to say this that we're I back at the heart back here Hailey and Brandon and it's a one service and I counted a privilege to come here now I drive from cape junction to grant's fast just because I get a 1 customer service at this branch and everybody and especially Haley has always greeted me with a smile and absolute customer service and I'm delighted to come into this bank and see the people and they work for me on the Vietnam Veteran decorated and I'm just just delightful sometimes I move a little slow and they're always patient with me and they give me a 1 courtesy and they know the banking business so I will continue to bank here forever thank you
