After a long wait in a huge line you get to the counter to be met with a crusty rude overworked tech, sad part is they are the least worst in town.

Yes the lines can get long and that is because the staff is amazing and their job is extraordinarily difficult to insure all the patients medication are correct and won't have a dangerous reaction to any of your other RX's also to make sure we are getting the best price, even doing that, the lines move fast and very efficiently. The staff works long hard hours and have to deal with taking care of patients that can be disrespectful. Please be kind and know that they are doing everything that they can as quickly as they can legally and with our safety as #1 priority.

This pharmacy is great and I think that people need to give them a lot more credit. It's serving not just Grants Pass, but also those living in Rogue River and Gold Hill as well. They fill so many prescriptions at this pharmacy that they require another pharmacy to help with their overflow. In spite of that, the staff here have always been very helpful to me, respectful, and positive.

During Covid it almost made sense that it took so long for them to fill an Rx, but not over the past year and now. This time it was 53 hours after it was called in, it still wasn't ready. After a half hour wait, they only fill 7 out of 12 pills. No excuse or reason given. We have to make another trip into town to pick up the rest. I officially give up on Fred Meyer Pharmacy.

Today February 13th I was in line picking up some syringes and I was forced to buy a disposable container. I said I have one. I don't need one lady referred to her boss. She asks me. Did you get your testosterone here through your doctor? I said no well then you have to purchase that for safety reasons. I have one ma'am. I don't need one. Do you get anything here sir? I do. I get a monthly pickup here. She goes to check well. If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else ma'am. I just waited in line. I don't need a box. I have one again. She says you can go somewhere else so Fred Meyers decides who gets a box and who doesn't forcefully 2 years. I have been coming there with never hitting this issue. First lady tells me there's needles everywhere. I said that's correct ma'am for the drug addicts and the people that don't care I have a box. I don't need one. Thank you second lady. Well you don't have to buy it here. It became a chest match for them. I made it clear. I hope they make everybody purchase a box and that means everybody. You buy a syringe. Don't ask him. Just charge them for the box like you did. Me disgusted with the service. Today will be changing where my prescriptions are sent

Not even giving a star at all but have to in order to leave a review! Terrible. Seriously? 4 hour wait for a prescription? Called to find out why my husband, a heart and thyroid patient had to wait 4 hours for his script, the woman who answered my call to find out why he had to wait so long, was cold and rude. He is finding another Pharmacy. Enough is enough. This has been going on for years now.

Best pharmacy in Grants Pass OR! Here's why ..... I like Apps, this makes communication so much easier between Doctors office, pharmacy and me. My physician utilizes Escripts, as most do, as soon as my doc sends in script, it goes to Fred Meyers' app and I'm notfied via txt, and email that there's something in progress with the approximate time for readiness. When it's ready I'm notifed with the option to pay online, it's not debted until pick up. If for some reason I need to speak with staff, I don't usually have to wait too long. The staff is always cordial and being that I pay cash, no insurance, they help me to get my meds at a lower cost using single care, another app lol. I've used several other pharmacy chains prior to this one, idk if they're over worked or what but they're quite cranky n judgemental, so, Fred Meyers ROCKS! I can also use out of town Kroger pharmacies, i e. Frys and it's stream lined, no issues, no questioning etc. I really appreciate you all at GP Fred Meyer pharmacy!!!!! THANK YOU!

Absolutely worst pharmacy tech I’ve ever experienced in my life I have had horrible tooth pain from my wisdom tooth for 4 days now the first day was the 3rd I was told it would be filled in one hour. I called back two hours later for her to say that they were out! And since the 4th of July is the next day I’d have to wait until the 5th as this day rolls around I call them again . Super rude over the phone tells me they are all out of stock and I basically have to wait for the 7th or go to another pharmacy. BEING THE ADULT I AM I took it with a grain of salt and had another pharmacy fill it, in order to that they have to put it on hold after them telling me they would it’s been HOURS! They do not care about their patients and don’t care how much pain you are in

Love Fred Myer pharmacy.The pharmacists are so helpful, and everyone is always so kind . There is hardly ever a line like the other pharmacies in town. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Employees have always been nice to me and often have gone out of their ways to help me with any issues I had picking up prescriptions. Only slight downside of the pharmacy that I have experienced is that the line is often long here--but I don't think that is any fault of the pharmacists/employees.
