THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! ♡ Goodfellas Towing helped arrange the rescue of me, my car and my travel trailer when my car suddenly lost all power while towing up a hill and I was stranded on the shoulder of the very busy I-5 South interstate 30 miles north of Grants Pass, Oregon. Goodfellas Towing stayed on the phone with me and secured their closest colleague, Bill's Tire Towing & Auto in Canyonville, Oregon to come tow me as Bill’s was closer to my location. My RV was safe when towed into the Goodfellas high security impound lot and Goodfellas treated me like family the moment I arrived. Every member of the Goodfellas Towing team is professional, has excellent customer service, and absolutely went above & beyond to make sure I got towed out of danger and back on the road. Forever grateful to Goodfellas Towing for such incredible customer service!!! Thank you!! ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡

I was buying a motor for a 2012 Ford focus for my daughter. I paid them $500. They loaded it up. I got home and realized it was the wrong motor. I brought it back to him the next day they said they would try and find me the right one and it’s been about seven or eight months. They refused to give me my money back because they say all sales are final, but they took the motor back and they’re the ones who gave me the wrong motor. I told them that you can’t do that. You can’t lie to the customer and give them the wrong product and then say your beat. I’m still awaiting an answer and my daughter is out $500.

So impressed with every call to this company! They've been super efficient, professional, and knowledgeable, and always show up faster than I've ever waited for any other company to.
Jesse was great and let my son wiggle the lift handles (safely)! And Lincoln was really kind too and let me honk their train horn like the big kid I am lol and whoever the guy with the long beard is as well was also top notch!
Hopefully, I don't need any more calls anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'm calling directly!
I would trust these fellas to move my house if they could! 😄

Goodfellas is GREAT! They were quick to help us off the side of I5. They sent out a great driver, Anthony, who was super kind and got us where we needed to go in no time! Goodfellas really live up to the company name!

goodfellas towing service has a wonderful employee named Jesse and the driver was professional kind and friendly and I’ve had to use towing services before and I have had good fellows before and I just wanted to make sure everybody knew what a great employee Jesse is in a company that is local and knows how to take care of their customers. Carl from Goodfellas Towing was absolutely awesome! He showed up right on time and was super professional and friendly from the start. Not only did he handle the towing quickly and efficiently, but he also went out of his way to be kind and engaging with my kid, which meant a lot to me. Goodfellas Towing is hands down the best towing company I ever encountered. After an unplanned situation at the top of Grants Pass, and hours of troubleshooting and making no headway, they responded in an unprecedented timely manner, we were greeted by Carl. Carl's upbeat, friendly attitude is what we needed at the moment. After we get towed off of the freeway, and back to their tow yard, we were greeted by the bubbly, sympathetic, and empathic employee, named Ashley. The team offered a ride to our hotel, as we would return in the morning with our game plan. Next morning, we returned and met with Nathan briefly, who knew what was going on with our situation as well as Thor. The team of Ashley, Carl, Nathan, and Thor is amazing. The customer service that was provided, sadly but
true isn't offered that often now a days. We gained friends that day.

Goodfellas/Thor was got me back on the road with in an hour, which was most helpful because I was on a delivery assignment. Thor was not only courteous, knowledgeable, willing to share the directions where I could get my tire repaired promptly.

The tow truck man was very gentle with the $72,000 car that he towed for me. The tow truck man was very friendly I believe his name was Jesse. He made sure the car was strapped down adequately and delivered it excellently to the location I requested. I'm very pleased with this Goodfellow tow company and would recommend them to anyone needing towing services!
