Love the esthetics of this pharmacy, the parking during the day leaves something to be desired and the wait time in the afternoon often times is annoying because they only have one register open for pick up. The people who work here are nice as can be, just terribly slow. I still use them, but I make sure I get in early.

We have been using this pharmacy for four years its always been great but not anymore a high turn over of uneducated staff is causeing life threatening problems. For 4 months my daughter was shorten 125 pills we only now realized due to home help giveing most meds and having a year worth of back up as her med is on a sliding scale of dose sometimes she gets half sometimes she gets a whole every 4 hrs either way we end up with extra every month when this was brought to their attention today i was blamed asked why i didnt catch it sooner and that they are human no taking responsibility and the owner pharmacist stood feet away listening but did nothing it wasnt till 20 mins later when i was just trying at this point to get the meds and leave i was told oh do you want to talk to the owner why weren't they brought in this conversation in the first place this is a big issue i no longer need them as they no longer do compounding med so we will be moving to another pharmacy and have reported to the pharmacy board who knows how many other "human errors" have been made

Not the best place to get your meds.
When I asked for a refill of my Flomax 2 weeks early, I was questioned like I was attempting to fill Morphine early.
Ask for it early, you are an addict (that Flomax is highly sought after in the streets I hear). Ask for it a few days in advance, and wait forever for it.
Yes, I like to ask for my meds to be refilled a couple weeks in advance. Hard to say when I’ll get a chance to pick it up…
Rite Aid doesn’t judge me.

We've been going to this pharmacy's soda fountain for decades. My mom, my sister & I went again today for hot fudge sundaes. The young girl who waited on us was sweet, friendly, & capable. She was definitely a part of our great experience! I want to try the "build your own ice cream sandwich" next time!

I called Four refills on my monthly meds. One week, it has taken me one week to pick up my Rx. But when I got to the pharmacy they were not ready. We are moving our business else where .

Its like an old fashion drug store complete with lunch, ice cream & soda fountain. Very nice staff.The Pharmacy is awesome. Very efficient, knowledgable & very helpful and polite staff. Very accommodating!

This is a great place to get vaccinated. Easy to schedule appointment on their website. Also prescriptions are easy to fill here with minimal waiting.

Terrible customer service, can not even hear the old woman who is helping at the counter when you want to pick up your prescription and to top it off they do not keep their word on times on when your prescription will be ready. Already switched to another pharmacy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am a licensed CNA, I called on behalf of a patient who had serious errors in her med packets and the woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. she claimed that there was no possibility that they made the error even though these packets come sealed straight from their pharmacy. she repeatedly tried to say we had to have tampered with the closed packets. I never expected to call and be treated this way about an issue this serious and by someone who is supposed to be a professional.

We have moved all our prescription to Grants Pass Pharmacy. They are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. If there is a line they get the entire staff involved until it is reduced. We are very happy we made the switch!! Also, you can find the most unique and wonderful things for gifts! And we love the soda fountain, what a downtown store should be all about!!!
