Last Thursday 8/13/25 we were on our way to a campground from Salem. We were following my Father and Mother in law who were pulling a 5th wheel... Unfortunately they ended up getting 2 flat tires along the way. We ended up in Grants Pass searching the internet, calling and calling for some help. Finally I ended up contacting Tire Pros and they had the tires my in laws needed... The reason I'm leaving this review is because it was 4:30 when I called (they close at 5:00) and we were about 15 minutes away, they said they would stay late to help us out. We arrived to be met by Kory the manager who took great care of my in laws who ended up getting 5 new tires. I didn't think that these types of people still existed in our world today and its wonderful to know that people like this would stay late to take care of some complete strangers. Thanks Kory and Tire Pros!

I came in because of the reviews. asked for tire rotation/balance, and to check for a leak in one tire. They rotated 4, balanced 2 (likely checked all 4), and repaired 1. The price was unbelievable, and I felt the difference as soon as I left the parking lot (I needed a balance for a while). I'm pretty sure they dressed the tires too, if not they wiped them or something courteous. By they I mean Maxim, Zach, Ryne & Kory. I am thankful for a good experience.

They did a great job and they were quick. I left the gym and I could feel crunching on the back of my car. My tire was flat as a pancake. They put a new one on and now I'm good to go. Thank you so so much.😊

Tire Pros have been a blessing for me! I had to drop my car off with them after a tire emergency and then I literally headed straight to the hospital ER next door (this was the reason i chose them, convenience.) But it turned out to be a blessing! They took care of everything for me while I was admitted for a few days! They trusted me. Most importantly, they not only took exceptional care of my car, but me as well. I was really ill, and they checked in on me and showed real empathy for their customer, going beyond their duties as 'just' a tire store.
I'm a customer for life!

Stopped in for a flat repair. They were fast courteous and professional. And it was covered because I had purchased these tires from another tire pros.
Great service. Closer than the other one. Will be returning for our regular tire needs.

Tire Pro’s has always been awesome to my family and I. Everything from tires and rims, brakes and brake performance upgrades, 4x4 vehicle lifts, they can pretty much do it all and always at a very reasonable cost. They will trouble shoot something for you and then explain clearly what options you have, the cost for each and why. HONEST PEOPLE! When they could have done an “Up Sell” on a pair of batteries they didn’t. They recommend a better battery at a lower cost for my vehicle. The batteries recommended were not the Tire Pro’s brand. It is the honesty and great work that keeps me going back for all my vehicles. Customer service has always been outstanding and I always recommend Tire Pro’s to my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of well.

My teen daughter is in Grants Pass and got her first low tire warning. She was very nervous. I called Tire Pros and they said to send her over. They took great care in fixing the bad tire and airing up the other tires.
Thank you very much Tire Pros for making her first car issue a managable experience from a relieved mom in Texas.
