I found Heather Smith @ Headhunters Salon in GP online.
I'd recently received the worst haircut/color of my life at a different salon in town.
I went in for a consultation appt to see what I needed to do, to fix what had been done previously.
Heather was caring, understanding, professional, and very kind.
We had a plan and I felt great with my choice.
That was 7 years ago, and I'm still thrilled to say that I love what Heather does to make me feel and look gorgeous!

I went in with a picture and had Heather look at it. She said it was doable for my hair. She messed my hair up the first time left it red didn’t do it right didn’t cut it right took six hours. Then I went back because the whole crown of the head was messed up, she said she’d fix it went back in there for another four hours. The hair is absolutely atrocious. My hair is so screwed. The color is wrong. She never did it right from the start. It was a horrible experience. I can’t stop crying. I spent $300 to get a new hairdo and ended up with nothing but tears wasted time and money. I cannot believe that somebody would leave your whole crown of your head full of hair dye and not wipe it off. It was the worst experience I think I’ve ever had in my 58 years of life with a hairdresser ever And I would give no stars, but you have to at least put one. I am so upset.

I adore Heather S from HeadHunters. I drive down from Portland to receive her wonderful service and skill.
She works with you and your inspiration and will make sure everything works with your coloring and won’t let you leave until you’re happy. My last cut with her, I appreciated her honesty that my length of choice wouldn’t work with the weight of my hair, gave a recommendation, and it turned out beautifully.
Will continue coming down for her.

I’ve been going to Rebeka F. for multiple years and she is the only person I will go to. I like that she actually takes the time to get the cut and color to look exactly like I like. She also explains what she’s doing to my hair as she’s doing it, wich I appreciate because I hate when hair lady’s just start cutting away without telling me what they’re doing or anything. She is the only one I trust to cut and color my hair, and the I would recommend her to anyone who has curly hair

We enjoyed our service with Heather at the time of service. She did a beautiful job of dying my hair, but I paid for a cut and color spending 340+. At the time when she was in the middle of dying my hair we both realized she had forgotten to cut it. After that we didn't want to put her work to waste. She offered to cut my hair later once it has grown out rather than restart the process. Perfect that was a great option. She seemed very professional and understanding. UNTIL TODAY, we reached out respectfully about getting the haircut that was paid for but not performed. Upon realizing that the appointment was in April said it was too late and we should have reached out within the week, but that is not what she said before we left. Now she is saying it's not within her current policy. Which is crazy that she will not honor her word.

(Edited) Editing this because I'm shocked by the responses my husband and I got! He wrote a review as well since he was the one who paid for it. The owner of this salon is far from professional with the responses we got. Saying he had never been to the salon is funny because yes, he came to the salon with me both times I had to go there. Even paid for my nails, so he has every right to write a review as well, saying the services we got was not good at all. I'm telling everyone I know to not support a company like this. I was even going to come back for hair services, to get tinsel in my hair, but after all of this, I wish you guys the best of luck.
(Original review) This happened about 3 days after getting my nails done by Sarah Eaton. She was nice to offer a fix or a refund and since my schedule didn't match hers, we agreed on a refund. She said she only had fb pay or a cash refund, since she doesn't offer cash app or Venmo (also because I paid in cash and didn't put a card on file through her app due to me only having cash and not really trusting those apps) I also came all the from Medford not realizing that's where she worked since I didn't get an address until the day of the appt. Words were exchanged via fb messenger and it got a little weird. I let her know I wouldn't be in town to pick up my refund for about two weeks. She then gives me only a week to get the refund. I inform her the day before that I will be coming in the morning to get my refund a couple days after that. She then ignored me the day I was coming. She was online every time I sent her a message. I arrived at around 4:10pm with the entire salon shut down. So I continued to message and call Sarah with absolutely no answer every though it said she was online. Luckily another lady from the salon had a client and opened the salon for me to get my refund. Her coworker was very professional though and handled the situation perfectly. Wish I had more nice things to say. I wasn't going to even Mack a review about the nails falling off until she never showed up to get me my refund even after communicating it to her that I was in my way from Medford.

"I had the worst experience at this nail salon! Not only did I overpay for a subpar manicure, but the nails fell off just three days later. The lack of quality and durability is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning and I highly advise others to steer clear unless they enjoy wasting their money on temporary nails."

I just got my hair done by Ricki for the first time and she did an amazing job! She took the time to make sure she was doing my hair just how I wanted it and was super sweet and funny too!
