“Great people and decent selection but the new boxes/cards are priced WAY over retail. Just go to Bimart or CVS and get them for the real price. Charging way over MSRP shouldn’t be allowed”

“If I could give them a hundred stars out of 5 I would without a doubt! They are the Friendliest and most knowledgeable in anything related to gold and diving etc u can think of, individuals I've ever met in my life and we couldn't be happier with every encounter and purchase we've had with them. Went there from Colorado for a two week adventure and I can honestly say, without having had met them, we would have been sitting on the corner w everyone else flying a sign asking for some type of help in our gold prospecting adventure..rather then for money but that's a different story..Anyway, Shelly, Robert and Sam thank you guys for all you've done for Brad and I, you have no idea how much we appreciate the hospitality and the free lessons (wether it was intended for me to hear or not) Sam made sure I could hear from wherever I was in that general area.. The amount of knowledge we've gained from you guys is priceless and without being pointed in the right direction for damn near everything we were doing, we wouldn't have been able to do anything we had planned. You all sure made for a wonderful trip out there and we can't wait for future visits as well!!You all were so Friendly and really brightened up our trip more then one could imagine. I could go on and on about this place, bottom line is if your looking for anything gold related or diving or.. hell they probably deal with a lot more then I know of actually but i would 110% guarantee this is the place to go! No doubt about it!! Thanks again for everything!! Chris and Brad”

“I first heard about J Austin on a local radio show. I just had a visit in their Grants Pass office and realized that I never left a review. Andrea was so wonderful, personable and very clear, thorough and helpful with the items I brought in. I would not hesitate using this company. Very honest indeed.”

“The owner was able to fix my son's great grandfather in law's watch for him after installing the battery the watch wasn't quite working properly because of how old it was and the last time it was running, the owner got it moving again and made my son and mother in law very happy (she was moved into tears) happy ones though ?”

“Noreen did more for me in 15 minutes than my local avionics shop was able to do in 6 weeks. After weeks of frustration trying to order parts at my local shop I gave these folks a call and had all my parts ordered and at a significant discount than what my in house "lowest price given guaranteed" had offered.Noreen, I'm sending folks as early as today your way. Thanks again for helping me win some battles.”
