Went to purchase an over the range microwave and were told they won’t remove the old one due to liability. I said ok, I’ll try and remove it myself with little confidence. Then she said oh, you live in Merlin, we don’t install there. We live 8.3 miles from the store. They will deliver it to us but not install it. I went in excited about getting a new one, and left totally disappointed!

Everything you need is probably locked up, they run next to no labor hours to accommodate that, & if you can manage to find something you need that’s not behind bars ( unlikely) you get to be your own cashier.
These companies cutting labor hours & locking up their merchandise are gonna get replaced by Amazon if they keep it up..

I go to Home Depot quite often. It's hard to find things there but there is always an employee running around to ask. Some prices are good and some are bad but you'll find that everywhere these days. It's a good store with friendly people. I can't complain.

BE AWARE!
I paid CASH for a refrigerator on May 20 and had the store deliver the frig to my home but it never made it in my house!
Guys walked in and back out and say it won't fit and they left.
HD tells me that they can't find the drivers or the refrigerator and I would have to wait 10 day before I could get my CASH back or a replacement !
They won't even send me a replacement until this mess gets settle.
I will never buy a appliance again from a home repair store!
Just be aware they have 10 day to refund any amount of money they want!!! EVEN CASH!
BUT MOST IMPORTANLY DON'T LET IT GET DELIVERED!
HD DON'T BACK UP THERE CUSTOMERS!

I wish I could put into words how much I hate this place. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant but really needed to come look at carpet so I got a handicap cart and made my way to the carpet section. I asked two separate people to please call someone over so I could talk to someone about purchasing carpet and install. I waited 15-20 minutes. No one ever came. I left, such a waste of time and energy. Every time I come here getting help is impossible. Today my hate for Home Depot was solidified and I realized I would actually pay more just to NOT work with them.

Spent $790 and they refused to honor our 10 percent coupon out dated by one day.tore up the cc and now will due business with ace and all the other vendors that care about their customers.

What happened between the 16 and today?
Home Depot is a deceptive sleeze ball company with zero concerns for customer satisfaction.
