“This place was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed being able to look out and see the river from our room. This was a stopover for us, across the bridge. There’s an amazing park with an incredible playground for kids.
The room seemed recently renovated. And was an excellent value.
The breakfast was fine, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was mellow
We will definitely stay here only come through grants Pass again, especially the night before a Rogue river trip”

“Great little motel. Our room a bit smaller than other motels, but everything we needed for a restful overnight stop was provided by the gracious owner. Having one more chair for the bureau would have made it more comfortable for two. Especially liked the art work in the bathroom and the His and Hers towel hooks.
Food & drinks: Free water, tea, coffee, soda in the office.”
“A really good angler could cast and catch salmon from the balcony facing the Roque river. The entire place has a wonderful, charming, old-fashioned feel, something out of the forties, when it was built. Dog friendly. Classic Americana, the way it used to be. I felt we are actors in the movies, waiting for Humphrey Bogart to knock on the door asking for a cup of sugar. Mike Gordon, Paradise, CA 95969”

“Relaxing atmosphere they have a nice little store inside to buy sodas or candy with the few frozen dinners and ice cream for the kids good breakfast the pool was outside but enclosed with a nice hot tub pretty decent workout room overall stay was very pleasant”
“My friend and I spend spend 2 nights here every August before heading to an event we attend. It is the best!! A walk across the road to the Rouge River, sitting by the pool, enjoying and relaxing in the courtyard is exactly what we need. There are tourtist things all around you to do and see. Bella Rosa is one of my happy places!!”
“This is a little gem!! Nicely freshened up rooms, Reasonably quiet, off main drag, and we'll stocked. The usual, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge. Owners are super friendly and quick to help if you need anything. King bed was comfortable and clean. If you are coming through Grants Pass, highly recommend it!!
Oh, also super close to Grants Pass downtown historic district. Easy walk to many places, with murals and bear figurines throughout(theres another story to those).”
“Overall, it's a decent hotel. Staff is great. 24-hour front desk. It is clean, has good housekeeping staff, and is comfortable. The continental breakfast has good options, including fresh minimuffins, hot oatmeal, and toaster for your bagels or toast. The outdoor pool is small but nice and heated.
Some things to take note of, they are Pet friendly. It is common to see an adorable dog ? in the hallways with their owner's. If you are on the 1st floor, you can hear your neighbors above you... somewhat. We heard creaking and footfalls but not voices or other noise. Overall, it was pretty quiet, especially in the night hours.
Things to be aware of, parking is horrendous. The lot is very tight. Very tight. There are signs that warn you, so take head. It also fills up quickly. There was one parking spot remaining when we arrived to check-in. The hotel is located on a one-way street near the highway. I recommend walking to the nearby stores to patron rather than drive, unless you want to drive around the block (and then some) to go two doors down. You also might lose your parking.
Lastly, the hotel has limited control over this, but we had at least one person we were aware of deliberately looking in through our ground level window. My partner addressed the situation, but it was still slightly unsettling. Make sure to keep window locked while you sleep and are away and your curtains drawn when you want privacy.
A recommendation to the site, room safes would be a nice addition as well as added privacy to the bottom floor windows, such as tinting. Or barbed-wire (just kidding)”

“What a gem of a hotel! I came into town unexpectedly and looked for a hotel and this one came up with good reviews. I called to see if they had availability and they did. Patti at the front desk was so lovely/friendly/helpful and made me feel welcome and at home (she actually used to live near my area so we had lots to chat about!). The grounds are just beautiful... it's like having your own private park. I wasn't able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub but will put that on the list for next time. Definitely worth a stay! :)”

“A clean, well managed Motel 6 on a nicely maintained property. Beautiful Pool with a little garden. Very helpful staff, who gave us a perfect room for us and our cat. No refrigerator or microwave, but that’s fine. Clean, good beds and bath. A winner!”
“I had a great experience here. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly from check in to check out. A huge variety of breakfast options. Barbara who works the dining room and kitchen was on top of everything. She kept everything so clean and made sure new food was brought out in a timely manner. The GM Jon was walking around saying hello to everyone which I love to see. They really make you feel welcome! I recommend staying here the next time you're in town.”

“Wow for a 1 star hotel this place was CLEAN!!!! The manager on duty was so polite and helpful. We were riding from CA to OR and just needed a quick clean place to shower and sleep and usually inexpensive places are dumps but not this place! Yes it’s older but nothing is in disrepair. The linens are clean and not ratty. They sheets appear new and freshly washed. The room was not only clean but smelled clean too. My flip flop accidentally got kicked under the nightstand and when we got it out it was CLEAN!! Usually under and behind is a nightmare at cheap places! If there was an award for 1 star hotels this owner should get it and the housekeeping staff is awesome! Only negative the pillows were flatter than my liking but hey some people like flat pillows. At least they were CLEAN!!!”
“Had a great breakfast close to the freeway and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Pool and spa were clean. Think that would be only negative is pool location. Will use again when I go back to visit family again.”
“So figured I’d elaborate because the guy working the front counter thought something was wrong.
My wife is a traveling nurse and the kids wanted to swim so we went with her to Salem.
Anyway on the way back we weren’t going to make it home for her next shift. So we stopped here at 3 am. We paid for two nights because obviously the first night and because I we wouldn’t have anywhere to go we paid for the next night so we could stay till she got off work.
Basically we checked in at 3 am and out at 8 pm the next day.
We understand how hotels work though we have had to do this before. So nothing was wrong.”
“Had an amazing time sleeping here nice & quiet you can catch the bus really close good price good customer service just DONT BOOK THROUGH SUPER.COM

“These guys are working very hard to make this place a great place to come to. They have made so many changes to everything here from the inside and out and the all around general up keeping. There is awesome staffing and management that are conscious about the needs for your stay to be as welcomed and comfortable. I love this place and am happy to say with confidence that this establishment has come so far. Keep up all the good work you're all doing it is definitely going to get busy and more returning customers. This is a great place to stay!!”
