It was so nice to just drop off our documents and then go in and sign and pick up our copy. It was more expensive then I was expecting but they got us a much bigger refund then I was expecting so it was completely worth it.

Not sure about other offices or agents. I had Vicki Cooper as my agent, in Grants Pass, OR. She's great at her job. Let her do her thing, and she'll treat you right. She's done my taxes from 2020-2023, and I'll keep requesting her as my agent, as long as she is employed with H&R
