No waiting and blood draw is painless! Clean facility and friendly, caring staff!

I’ve been here twice now for blood draws, and both times have been a great experience. I get very anxious and squeamish but the phlebotomist has been wonderful - he is quick and kind. I go early in the morning and I’ve never had to wait long at all. I was the only one there at 7:30 this morning.

My wife and I have used their services for years. The folks who work there are always very friendly and the waiting times are reasonable considering the amount of workload they are facing. I'm not sure why the others have given such low marks, but I think that those reviewers should probably consider getting a little more fiber in their diets.

Worked here over ten years ago…A nightmare I’d like to never relive.I’ll take my chances on three rivers before this place …. And that’s not saying a hell of a lot either ….

Have to stand in the hall after ringing doorbell because lab door is locked. We waited over twenty minutes in the hall because lab was busy. Nobody ever acknowledged us. My mother is in her 90's and nowhere for her to sit and wait.

I told "N" today that my veins were more difficult than they looked and usually people use a specific technique. He didn't. It didn't work well and he had to jab my other arm, that time he did it the way I suggested, and it worked fine. Not Pleased, he didn't even apologize or acknowledge that he should have listened to me to begin with. On the good side, the new place is clean, bright, and seemed more Covid appropriate. It was a nice fast visit though.

I am always treated with respect and courtesy here. The staff is professional and careful to communicate well about testing, xrays and covid-19 precautions.

Would not recommend this business if you need labs done. Very incompetent staff! Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes while one staff member walked another through the whole process of how to add me as a patient click by click. I had them provide me with a form stating that one of my tests may or may not be covered by insurance, so I checked “decline this test” and then saw that they were doing the test anyway when I got to the back. I said “I declined that one” and she replied “oh, I didn’t even notice.” Then the girl who was drawing my blood needed to be reminded to put on her lab coat. She was HORRIBLE at inserting the needle and was literally fishing around in my vein waiting for the blood to flow for like 2-3 mins. She also just had an overall very unprofessional attitude AND was shedding body glitter all over me during the process. It’s been an hour since I had blood drawn and my left arm is throbbing, which has never happened to me ever before from a simple blood draw. If you need labs done I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I had blood work done that was sent to Interpath Labs. I have two insurances. My work was done in October 2020 and I received a bill in November 2020 before a claim was sent to insurance. Another one in December...January, February, March. I tried to explain to a lady in their billing department my insurance said I don’t owe the $9.29. I paid what I did owe. It isn’t that I did not have the $9.29 but to me...their business billing is not complying with laws that govern harassing people for money they do not owe. I was sent to collections over $9.29! I worked in collections and it wasn’t worth the time and effort to try to collect such a small amount. Obviously the billing department is petty! I tried to explain to the collections man I did not owe the money. He hung up on me. I contacted both my insurance companies asking them to check to be sure I did not owe the money. I could have a military benefits officer proceed with a complaint, etc. I was going to do so. But I decided I am paying the bill to eliminate Interpath Labs from my life. I believe there is something shady about the way they do their billing. Since Interpath Labs is the one my doctor uses...I explained to my doctor I had to leave her practice because of Interpath Labs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not use a medical facility that sends any specimens to Interpath Labs.

If at all costs have your medical provider use another laboratory rather than this one. It seems they do not want to send the bill to the patient but rather just go straight to a collection agency. I NEVER received a bill from them, but a few months later I get a bill from the collection agency. Although it was small only $5.00 with another 15 cents that the collection agency tacked onto the bill, but I sure feel sorry for those that have a larger bill. I believe their billing policy is not mail a bill out to you but waiting just a few months and send the bill to a collection agency to get their money. Very poor business practices!!! 8.6.1

I choose to go to Interpath on Ramsey rather than the 3 Rivers Hospital. All of my blood draws have been good, whereas I've gotten a man at the hospital who misses my vein and causes bruising. I'm not a difficult draw. I think their prices as cheaper as well, though it's hard to tell with the insurance games.

They are slow. take forever to get you in, and one woman I think doesn't know how to talk blood well.

My husband went to Interpath Labs for basic screening (directly to the patient) that was promoted in the local newspaper. They were supposed to send the results (self-addressed, stamped envelope) and it's now been 3 weeks and nothing yet. He just called and was told he should expect something by the end of next week (another 10 days!). Convenient to be able to get basic info without going through the doctor but the time-frame seems excessively slow.

Quick, Courteous, Professional and most of all, I didn't feel the needle go in at all! Best vampire I have ever gone to see.
