I have rated this particular Jiffy Lube on the past. I gave it 5 stars then, and I am giving it 5 stars again. The employees are very helpful and efficient, they do not pressure a customer to add or buy products that are not necessary at the time. They do make recommendations for things to keep an eye on, or to replace at a future date or service. I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube on "G" Street in Grants Pass for at least 5 years now, and I highly recommend it.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were very helpful and explained everything well without being high pressure. They were quick and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when I need another oil change

In all our years of getting oil changes this Jiffy Lube was by far the best spot we've ever been to. The staff were all knowledgeable and pleasant and went out of their way to be courteous. The waiting room was clean and cool and well supplied with coffee and cold water. We were taken care of quickly and efficiently and respectfully. Prices were very reasonable. They didn't try to oversell us on items we did not need. They even vacuumed out our car for. Best oil change experience ever!

Only had one day off to get my brakes done and couldn't get a same day appointment anywhere until I called Jiffy Lube and they said to come on down. Friendly and professional staff who replaced my brakes at a fair price. Very happy with the work done and have already recommended them to two of my friends.

Went in for an oil change and was really impressed at all of the things they looked at and addressed on my SUV. Did not know that they fixed cracks in windshields, so I had that done at the same time. Customer service was great and will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

Exceptional work.These guys really came through wreck before a family trip and they also cleaned out my cabin filter, which most people don't even know is there.Come to find out Mine, it NEVER been Changed and I'm the third owner of the car.Thanks again, guys.Great service.I'll see you in a couple of thousand miles

Great staff, also not sure your aware (I wasn't) they do brakes, tires, tire rotations, ac work, this spot does light mechanical work and oil, they are so friendly, accessable, and quick, will be doing all car work they are able to do through them!
Update: The main guy that made this location shine is gone, was incredibly disappointed, new shop manager was pretty dry, however Raul was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully they can keep up the impossibly high customer service standard the previous guy set, however doubtful. To be clear they didn't do anything wrong, but the last guy was truly gifted as customer service, now it just feels like a let down. I would of gladly paid more just keep this guy around, would of accepted another 20 - 30$ a oil change just to keep him there. Unfortunately probably not a option being a oil change chain company vs a local business.
