This is a little gem!! Nicely freshened up rooms, Reasonably quiet, off main drag, and we'll stocked. The usual, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge. Owners are super friendly and quick to help if you need anything. King bed was comfortable and clean. If you are coming through Grants Pass, highly recommend it!!
Oh, also super close to Grants Pass downtown historic district. Easy walk to many places, with murals and bear figurines throughout(theres another story to those).

Excellent choice to stay here...property was very clean, and rooms were clean. Everything in the room worked. The owner takes good care of the motel and guests no matter what may be needed. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Clean room smelled fresh and comfortable. The management was accommodating. Very friendly. This is the second time I’ve stayed and I will definitely go back.

I was hesitant to book until I pulled up to the property. It's newly renovated although it's an older building. The room was updated and extremely clean. Even though it's conveniently located downtown it was quiet and safe. Management was super welcoming from the moment I checked in and even made sure to wave hello when we spotted each other having dinner at In-n-Out lol Highly recommend!

They're probably stealing credit card information. The employee didn't have a name badge, so I asked for his name to know who was going to authorize my card. he didn't tell me his name, but he refused service. It's weird, isn't it?

My experience at knights inn was perfect. The owner and staff definitely deserves a 5 star plus rating. The staff is professional and a pleasure to speak/ do business with. The room was beautiful. To describe, they have nice counter tops, tiled showers that were very clean, very clean beddding and feng shui all together. If you need a hotel please give them a try! They care. Thank you knights inn for the stay!

This hotel is such a good value and the owner was so sweet! We paid about $100 with tax for a night on our way to a wedding. It was within walking distance of all the downtown hotels. Has a very well lighted and maintained parking area. The door has two measures of security.
The best part: It was SO SO clean. The bathrooms didn't have any mold at all or even wear and tear. I felt totally find walking in bare feet, which is rare. It's really well cleaned and cared for inside the rooms.
I loved the bed and the pillows were nice and firm. Plus, the room had clean linens and extras like a microwave, fridge and stove were a great touch.
You can get filtered water in the lobby for your coffee or water bottles. They have some light snacks too. Plus, there's a Safeway grocery across the street.
We had two issues that were minor. There are a lot of rowdy drivers on the weekend driving by at night but we kept the A/C fan on so it made white noise. The light leak from the window blinds was a bit bright. I would suggest the hotel owners put up blackout curtains on the rooms.
I would also love to have fewer plastic things like the Kuerig cups and the plastic cups for drinks. It would be better to just have a coffee pot in the lobby with real glassware or paper cups. I love though that they did away with the single use toiletries and you can just the ones affixed to the walls! That's so great for the environment! Thank you for that.

Don't be turned off by the low rates - this place is clean and professionally managed. Support this independent business!
The rooms have a small kitchenette but the burners were out of order. There is a even a fridge in the room. You don't get that everywhere. It seems like the new owners are updating it so I'm sure it will only get better. If you need somewhere to lay your head in the middle of downtown, you could spend a lot more and get a lot less at one of the bigger hotel chains.
