The fact that it would take one whole hour to patch a tire is ridiculous. Stay away from Les Schwab where they work extremely slow. But then again, that’s what I expect when dealing with civilians!

Terrible customer service or maybe it was just this one employee because I never had problems with any other ones didn’t care to get his name. I told the guy what was wrong and it’s like he never listened to me about what the car did and they didn’t look at it yet saying I have a balancing issue and I told them I just got new tires at Walmart so it’s not gonna be that but it did this issue before I got new tires but I want to get it figured out so I don’t eat up this set of tires in the front and then he said he thinks it’s a tire balancing issue and I asked I just want a pre safety trip check and for you guys to look at the front end and see if there’s anything that has play as I do hear a noise as well then he said the same thing. I just wanted it looked at and not guessed and have them balance tires when it didn’t need that as I know that wasn’t the problem. It was just irritating. He acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and made faces when I tried to correct him about the issue. Do better.

Above and beyond. Les Schwab employee Ethan took the time to stop on his way home from work after our RV became stranded in a dangerous spot on highway 199 near Wilderville on a busy Friday night due to a blown tire. The tools we had with us were not adequate, and the spare was old and damaged. He made three tips to his home nearby for tools, a jack, and an air compressor to get us to a point where we could limp back to Grants Pass. He then followed us to his shop where we could park for it for the night to get new tires in the morning. He even called one of his co-workers, Kaleb, to meet us there when we arrived in case we needed more help. Both of these young men exemplify the culture of service, kindness and integrity that Les Schwab is famous for. They certainly do their work place proud, and they have definitely restored our faith in humanity. Thank you Ethan for helping us when we needed it, and for being who you are.

The manager went above and beyond to help my friend who had no credit. He helped guide her in how to start building credit and she left with 4 new tires!! I was very impressed. It was a great experience!

Very rude staff. Got talked to like an idiot because my tires pressure was off. I had told the guy (blond with tattoo on his forearm) my pressure reader was broken, but he did not listen and talked over me. I also saw other staff members laughing at me as I drove off. This place is not like other Les Schwab. Avoid this place if you value good customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Les Schwab never crossed my mind for getting a lift kit installed, but a local shop that couldn't do the work recommended them. Pricing including kit, install and alignment was extremely reasonable based on multiple other quotes I received. They also encountered an issue with my vehicle during the final alignment and figured out a really cheap but solid solution. They kept me informed throughout the process and were about as genuinely friendly and courteous as they come. They're well renowned for their tires and other basic services, but you can add lift kits to their list of expertises. I'm loving the upgrade!!!

The tire pressure light came on so we stopped by Les Schwab. Tyler was the one who checked and filled all the tires. We were impressed with his service and appreciated his knowledgeable input about the condition of our tires.

I love Les Schwab Matt and his crew always do a great job and stand behind the work they do. You pay for quality and reassurance. Les schwab is always there when I need them and even provide shuttle services to and from work. I will only trust Les schwab to do the job as they do it well. Love the location and popcorn too. Plenty of fast food or Babes across the street incredible food to choose from if you need to wait.
