Cost aside, because Lipperts is on the high end of flooring materials and installation. The work was absolutely efficient, timely and beautiful. If it is in your budget I highly recommend Lipperts.

When it comes to sales, the right person makes all the difference. Lipperts has a huge selection of flooring options, with a good range of pricing. My success in finding the right carpet was due to my sales assistant Stephanie H. She was/is knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy, patient (as I kept changing my mind) and helpful when discussing my choices. I finally made my choice and it has proven to be the right one. 🤗 She'd better be there when I return for tiling!

We had a wonderful experience with Lippert's carpet one, A big shout out to Jennifer and Tony from the Medford store helping us pick out the right product to use and a special thank you to Matt and Tony who install our flooring we love it. They did a great job very professional. I would recommend this company and installers for Any flooring needs. A great big thank you to the whole team!

The sales rep Dennis Ruga was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product I was interested in. He called the warehouse to ensure they had the product and it was in the size and color I wanted. He even tripled checked the order to ensure it was correct. I received a phone call from him to give me an estimated time it would arrive there for pick up. The delivery was on time and it was exactly what I ordered.

Customer Service was wonderful at every step. Our sales rep, Tamara, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. She helped us pick the perfect Laminate Flooring for our home. We had great confidence in her and she lined everything up with no burden on us at all. Our installers, Rick and Robb were exceptional. We’ve never had anyone do as fine a job as they did. They are personable, professional, and clearly enjoy what they do. We’ve never been disappointed with Lippert’s but this time they just hit it out of the park. Thank you!

Lippert's Carpet One Grants Pass was a pleasure to do business with from walking in the front door through the final installation.. We needed carpet for 3 bedrooms and sales representative Dennis provided all the assistance we needed from choosing the best carpet that met our needs, timeline, and budget. Installers were on-time, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this local business.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! From beginning tel the end, this family run business was professional, efficient and gracious! Home Depot wanted to book a measure for us, a month out ... Kathleen, was available immediately! Rob taught me tricks of the trade and saved us money. They are such a great team! It's not worth going anywhere else!
